here every user could ask questions to all candidates or to one of them.

1 question, why malaysia team need foreign coach to train national team, or any rules and conditions for that. Just curious...:p

anyone can become MY NT coach, you just need to apply, so far wooikeim the only malaysian applied. wei pokeh, u and me same league, kelong abit let me get promotion :D

nop i'm not interest for that position just asking. ;B

mid: passing, def, tech, playmakin
att: strikin, tech, pace

I prefer playin 5-3-2 with defmid and offmid

Seriously..at the begining of my work with your national team I said that i don't promise great results now. Of course I wanted have good results in this WC Quals. but more important was make good young team for the next future WC Quals.

Because of that I think my mission isn't still complete and this two unofficial tournaments could be a good test where we are at this moment.

Whats the most important ability for each position?

if you ask for one ability the answer is quite simple :]

GK: goalkeeping
DEF: defender
MID: midfielder
Winger: passing
ATT: striker

but of course one-skill players are useless in sokker and they must have good other skills

What do you consider the best defensive tactic and the best offensive?

defensive:
(probably with 5 defenders), but I can't say exactly what tactic because it depends on that how our opponnent will play

Attacking:
the same... against one opponnent it could be 3-5-2 with high wingers against other 4-3-3 could be better

Examples: Fadzli Yusoff Ishak, he cant be national team player! he has somethin about tragic tech!

I've found talents of Faisal and bin Anusai... I dont know why some of player which a season ago was the best in Malaysia now are sitting on bench... anythin could change in this time?

I know that jaworlegia is good manager, but U should think about changes... this season was really poor for Malaysia... even Jawor has 9times more users than I had :)


I know... that U can wont trust me again... but people can change, fair playin is the only way... the way I chose.

I am helpin stuff know, I added to sokker's database countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt..
They will be able to join in new season :)..

i am not saying you got good or bad result, to be more specific, would you assess your performance a little? what more you want to do(if any) and what else you would like malaysia NT player trainers(local or foreign) to do(if any)

all serious Malaysian NT player trainer should get NT coach encouragement also local or not including me hehe.

Well, I think every prepared user need have a chance, to prove your competency. jaworlegia proved it, now is time to another.
I will do my better, I'm really empolged to get a NT. I can't say "I will do better than the current one", but I promisse, I will try.

edit: Oh! I forgot the "How?". Working more with the community, incentivating the newest users training his national players. Make a database for juniors, this is very, very, important in a NT.

I think I should answer to Ilah posts. and give some facts.

1. Fadzli Yusoff Ishak have much better technique than tragic. I will not say publicly what exactly because in my opinion only sialunx could do it cause he is the owner of this player.

Of course he isn't our best atacker but with divine form and weaker form of our others attackers he is still able to help our National team.

2. Faisal and bin Anusai - I think you don't study our matches precisly. I think this two was playing in most of our matches

3. About poor season.
Results of course wasn't too good.
But I think all of you should watch class of our opponnents. They were much tougher teams than in our previous seasons.

I think we have really good database of youth players. So it's not a problem now

we have really good younsters in attack. I'm sure that this formation will be our best during next few seasons.
Mildfielders are also quite good.
But the biggest problems is still in defence. I found a few promising 17-19 years old players but there are many more attackers in this age and same class.
So I must still searching for new players and talking with their owners about changing their training for DEF training.
