Subject: NT Questions to candidates - season 5
we have really good younsters in attack. I'm sure that this formation will be our best during next few seasons.
Mildfielders are also quite good.
But the biggest problems is still in defence. I found a few promising 17-19 years old players but there are many more attackers in this age and same class.
So I must still searching for new players and talking with their owners about changing their training for DEF training.

1. so you have bad memory ;) ask sialunx if you want :]
and it wasn't trained from tragic only when i was the coach because when I asked about players skills just after your ban it was near to that what is now.
2. No, you was talking about sitting on the bench and give this two names.
3. When we play against teams with young players then we were also playing with our youngsters. u-21 or u-20 matches were from both sides. We didn't play against Bolivia in this season (it was previous one) I thin then Bolivia was similar to our team.
This season we have only one friendly against quite weak team (Indonesia)

I didnt say anythin about these
because I can give an example: your gk didnt touch ball, note? 10%
look at stats at match's main page, somethin like this:
solid Shooting excellent
very good Passing very good
very good Defending excellent
first are stats of oponent, second are yours... result? 3:3
look at your play off match :)
etc etc ;]

If you think that this stats are very important that makes me laugh :]
1. I remember, that was a reason I kick him out ;].. even he has divine form and he has hopeless tech he can do nothin
2. I can say that there is too many rotations in squad
3. Do u have any u-21 team? all most all players are in this age ;p...

another example is Mohamed Rafeek Sumardi... he has only striking... maybe his value is high... but he sucks ;d

that tells me how actual database you had then :]
squad rotation in friendly match is bad?? so we have completely different conceptions. and i think it's no sense to talk with you about this elections more
your style when you was the coach was one tactic and almost one squad in every match.
Malaysian users will choose the better conception for them.
I'm watiting for next qeustions from them now.

I think better is winning than rotating :) and I am not talking about friendlies only
Your tactis are same as in your club... effects? relegation
remember that when I was coach I had only 8users, u have more than 90, that's all, thank U :)

last post.
Sumardi - how many matches he had played?? ONE!!! 30 minutes in u-21 match. but.. he is still promising player and he is in 7th best Malaysian attackers that's why he is in National team.
when you ended your work with Malaysian Nt there was 21 users so again you are not telling the truth.
This new users are playing only since one season. It's hard to make NT player in one season. but i think you are unable to understand that :]

ok U re the wisest player in sk, nothin to add... only one ask- win matches -dont talk ;]
do you know how many teams train defenders, midfielders etc...
defenders is usually less popular training for other countries as well?
defenders is usually less popular training for other countries as well?
I don't have statistics how many exactly users train each formation (some train not only one formation).
these are the most promising defenders:
(many of them in good training):
Mohd Firdaus Azri Bujang (CrypticHunters) 21age
Mazlan bin Tumin (CrypticHunters) 18
Bernard Sanbagamaran (Archidargento)ITA 20
Irwandy bin Bahauddin (Dragon FC) 18
Abd Jamil bin Abu Samah (ARS LineInfinity) 20
Mohd Shawal Nelmon (dieMANhardUTDfan) 19
Roziman Zulkefli (FK Kikinda)SRB 20
Josiah bin Rahan (abcdefc) 20
Prakash Che Mat (Dodgers FC) 20
Mohd Azmani Kalaichelvan (dieMANhardUTDfan) 20
Edward Abdullah (Szwecja)POL 18
Mohd Nazri bin Saadim (abcdefc) 20
Suhairi Mandjou (Taiping MU) 19
Vellu Aiboy (abcdefc) 20
Mohd Satar bin Salim (Kelantan Football Club) 20
Fadzli bin Mustapa (Bonavista)CAN 19
Mohd Fauzzi Karnnan (mysprs) 18
Mustaffa Kassim (Forza OM)FRA 18
Manuel Alif Alias (ESS Falck Pärnu JK)EST 17
so we have youngsters. but as I said in other formations there are more players and there are on little better level.
defenders is usually less popular training for other countries as well?
when i was Romanian coach Defence was this formation wich was developed in the fastest time. there I have quite big problems with attackers.
so I think there aren't exactly rules for this.
Def is quite easy training (you should only have quite good youth and train two skills (pace and DEF) and you have very solid defender after that. (of course to have excellent DEF other skill also could be trained). BUt we need only that very solid now
