It was jaworlegia's job. He started everything. I help him a bit on the lower league.

Def: Defence, pace, tech, pm, passing
Mid: Passing, pm, Pace, Tech, defence
Att: Striker, pace, tech
I would make a tactic for the defence and for the offence. As i dont know the skills of the malaysian players it is very hard to say what the best defensive and offensive tactics are.

As one of the candidate (maybe will be 0 vote at the end, haha), i got a question to ask. If the case happen like Malaysia VS Poland/ or one of the top team.
1) What you will do?
Laugh - then try to make a tactic which would try to take out their attackers and create an opportunity or 2 for the strikers.
2) using what tactics?
As i said above use a tactic which would create chances for the attackers without leaving too much of a gap in defence.
3) And what you expect from the game? A strong performance from the game and not to conceed that many goals

After some day i had think on the scout's job. If i selected as NT coach, I think i will separate the scout's job to 8 persons so that there will be less job to work for because i know so far Malaysia players (Most of them) do not contribute much time in sokker.

this could be good resolution in country where is more than 300users
maybe if you combined the U21 and main squad scouts it would be better? it would save you time in recruiting.
