All depend on this weekend's game. If i lose to Taiping MU and Accident Mel United take on his opponent then he will auto qualify. If i draw he game or win then i will auto qualify. All depend on Luck. Perhaps i have no luck and Taiping MU's team is very strong from the performance we see so far.
sad, i need play off with one of u guys......lost to a bot make me in hard place :S. bot also stronger than me.....sad sad
Now I have to go for playoff, which I have mustered a plan to throw the game.
Then I can stay on in PL3, make a credible push in the cup while in the same time strengthen the team further.
See you folks in SL the season after then.
;)

hwooi, hope you reconsider the plan.
Firstly, should not let the bot team stay in Super Liga.
Secondly, the question is whether to promote is better for team strengthening or not to promote is better.
My personal opinion is, you have nothing to lose to be promoted. Whilst I agree that getting top 4 is almost impossible, but to promote you will get additional RM 150k, a rough estimate, weekly on sponsorship money. This is base on my experience on playing the Super Liga last season, and the Premier League this season.
Alot of teams do not see this point, how you going to strengthen your team playing in the lower league, where the fact is every week, you getting about RM 150k less, the gap is wider, not the other way round.
Whilst I agree, that your supporters club won't grow, compare to if you stay in PL. However, it won't impact you much, as your gate collection will be more, you have no problem filling up your stadium unless it is rain, which in another word generate more money.
Conclusion, alot of hattrick users will be caught off guard by the sokker game, as sometime, it is better not be promoted. In sokker, if you don't promote, there are more to lose, than more you gain. The gap will be wider, if you play in lower division, just as the real live case.
And also, next year PL3 will be very competitive. It will not be as easy as this season, and you won't win alot of matches, and it like not much difference in between playing SL and PL. I afraid, Scorton Rovers and others are very much in contender for promotion to SL next season. If you miss this season, it is a bit of over confidence that you can get back to SL easily the season after.
You are playing a bot team in the playoff to SL, this will be last time it will happen. Next season, even after you be champion, you will meet stronger team, maybe my team in the playoff. I can tell you, most SL teams not like hattrick, will play all out to ensure they stay there. Reason is as mention earlier. When I relegated last time, I really struggled on pulling the budget, as less sponsorship money and less revenue in stadium gate collection. Alot of money there. And I sold one of my best striker, and some good players to survive.
And once you get relegated, your supporters will leave the club maybe 5 percent to 10 percent of it. So, even though you will build the supporter clubs easier in the lower division, but the fact is what you gain, is from what you lose.
And auto promotion is normally for PL1 and PL4 where the competition is less intense compare to PL2 and PL3. So, don't miss the boat of joining the elites, you might regret for many seasons to come.
Just a few points for you to reconsider.

Tried but failed to qualify for SL.
Only managed to scored one despite 18 shots while Red managed to get 2 with 10 tries.
Yikes.... guess the lady luck is not by my side yesterday.

No problem, at least you try.
Good luck to you next season. Hope you will be promoted soon, but of course not in my expense.
Cheers!
