Hi! Probably some of you knows me from Malaysian forum. It's my 3rd time starting on NT coach. I hope , I'll get a few voices from you :)

I'm not the best candidate, because at times in the season just ended, I always fail to set my own team's lineup, which has cost me like 94127541 points in the league. Please vote for me if you think I can turn over a new leaf

Well, lets say at the beginning that i am experienced manager, that plays Sokker over 2 years now. I have general knowledge about this manager and i think i can help Malaysian national team to win some matches.

Why me?
You may say, 'yea right, you play Sokker 2 years and you are only in 5th league'. Yes, that is true, but you have to consider that i have been promoted in my first season at SK, when i didn't really know much about the game. Then i got relegated to strong 6th league and i had really poor players. So basically i was quite unlucky, but now i've got back on track, being promoted to 5th league again.
Here are some facts, why i should be new manager of your national team:
-I know English very good, as well as Polish, which may be helpful, because i noticed that many Malaysian players play in Polish leagues and their managers not always know English.
-I have feedback of over 2 years of experience on me, which may be helpful when it comes to choosing players or tactic.
-If i really dont know something i can always ask my friend and most of them play in higher leagues.

Hi Malaysia,

As you probably all know, I am the current NT manager for Malaysia. I have been active in the forums since the first season of the NT. I have run in every election thus far and have previously been unsuccessful until this current season.

Why Me?

I am the current NT manager and I would like the chance to progress with the NT and still experiment with tactics and player lineups. I have been playing sokker for just over 2 years now and have experience in tactics and am currently playing in the Australian 2nd Division. I admit that my tactics are not perfect and still need work, however if I am re-elected I will do my best to fine tune the tactics for both my team and for the NT.

In the past season while under control of the Malaysian NT I have a record of 6 wins – the best of which was against the only team to beat Slovenija, who won the tournament, South Africa in the Mini World cup (3:1 Upset) – 7 losses and 1 draw. I have honestly learnt more from the losses then the wins. In the Mini world cup Malaysia made it through to the second round and unfortunately got drawn Austria one of the favourites of the competition.

I also created a competition game which was an attempt to create more interest in the NT, however this was not as successful as planned. If re-elected I would create another competition but a different style of points scoring etc.

Also if I am re-elected, I will make a summary before each match of major goal scorers during previous encounters and even combine this summary with the new competition.

My vision for the Malaysian NT is to work with the Malaysian users to get a stronger user database and to help strengthen the NT players and NT itself. My plans will be to be playing in the NT qualifications and hopefully not finish last in the group (depending on the number of teams in the group) During the other weeks my plan would be to play the U21 players and the competition matches. I might even try to organise an U19 NT match if time permits.

Hello, for my fellow friends. Once again i am here to be one of the candidate for our country, MALAYSIA. In fact this is my 2nd time stand for election. Last season i got 7 or 8 votes from you guys but still lose in the election. Anyway, thanks for those who voted me. I hope this season i get your vote too.

I'm sure that for all the active players in Malaysia know me. I was 3 seasons in sokker. I not consider as very experience manager as other candidates but what i can promise is i will do my best.

The number of players in Malaysia is decrease again, this is not only the manager's task to introduce sokker to others, this is the responsible for all Malaysia users to help out. All users are allow to suggest any of your speech here. You are free to do so.

If i am selected as Malaysia Manager, I would like to form a commitee team to hold different position to improve on everything include the training, guidance, scout, national team and so on.

Reason of choosing me: Its simple, I love sokker~~~~

If i select as NT coach, i will:-

1) Setup a commitee team. I would like to form this because i hope everyone to experience real life environment in the world of sokker. Commitee member will hold different positions:

* Assistant Manager(2 Positions) - 1 Experience local players and foreign players who can assist the inexperience users how to play this game. Many players quit sokker because they found that its complicated. Thats why the elder hold an important role.

* Coach/Scout(2 Positions) - 2 Local players will be selected as Malaysia scout, Is not an easy too, scout need to be updated and work hard to find prospect for National Team. Other than that, scout are responsible to analyze new prospect who play in NT, to see whether he is capable to join the team.

* Other position? To be confirm


2) Focus more on u21 team. Both U21 and senior will play in friendly. New prospects will test for NT.


3) Frankly speaking, Currently we are still far behind compare with other team. I will be concern what you are training currently. I would give some suggession to you on the player you train, what skill you should train for and so on. I am not forcing you to follow what i'm saying, its just a reference. Why i want to do so? Because i hope that different team train different skill so that it would be good for NT. Maybe i'm self-fish, but i hope its good for you and good for NT. (Club manager always have conflict with NT coach, in the real life, this is the fact. :D)


4) Other than just a game, i hope that we can come out have a tea(if possible) to discuss about the game, sharing information. Its fun to do so, at least this will be one of the Malaysia sokker activity. It was fun when i chat with my friend regarding sokker, we share information, exchange ideas, and indirectly it build the interest and gain much experience there. So are you guys free to come out MAKAN or MINUM?

Why I'm participating?
I have watched a lot of Malaysian NT games in last few days and I didn't like much what I saw. I would use more wings and would make totally different defense tactics. Even attackers were placed odd for me, so for mids it was incredibly difficult to give good passes. Tactics indeed worked, but they weren't as incredible as they could. I think that with those men which NT have can be made better tactics. It would be good opportunity to prove myself and a great challenge for me.

About me:
I have played sokker since July 2005. For me it's important to have strong midfield. I have been training midfielders as far as I remember. Last few seasons I have been paying more attention on national team games, especially Eesti's (well I'm Estonian). Eesti has done really nice last few seasons and I have got a lot of inspiration of Eesti's tactics. And I have tested many different tactics myself and have, I think, enough experience to become NT coach of Malaysia!

I'm applying only for Malaysian NT. I'm not that kind of person who participates for 10 countries to make sure he becomes coach of some country. I decided while ago to participate only for Malaysian NT. I think I made this decision when I bought one young Malaysian young who I hope will one day wear Malaysian NT form.

Wins: 14

Why I should be elected?
I think that I have something to give to Malaysian NT. I have a lot of ideas and enough experience. I'd try to make NT games more interesting and would try to make NT games more attractive. I'd try to do live discussions of games.
