I have 1st question to Tigermaster.

Do you still want to be NT coach ? And what do you do with NT if you'll train him in next season? (what's your program, plans ?)

I do not have technical/sokker question for you all, let the other users ask you on this.

I am more interested on what you think on the current 68 users, fast declining, just few weeks ago is touching 80. Two season ago is touching 200. By the look of it, in another 6 months, Malaysia users base might drop to less than 50.

The number is too small for any coach to do anything, even the coach of previous world cup winner apply this job, I doubt he can do much.


My question is what you all think you all can do in this aspect?

As wooikeim mentioned, this might not be the job of NT, it is the job for all, but I would like the NT to derive the master plan, form a committee and drive the plan, whatever it is. To make it clear, if you have proven superb tactics, but have no interest to do something in this aspect, at least to make it stop decreaaing, you wont't get any vote from me. Thanks.


And please ensure what you promise now, is what you will do next, or else next season, you don't gain my trust. I would suggest some fact finding of this subject before letting us know what is in your mind. Thanks.

Do you have any popular forums we could advertise Sokker on in Malaysia? Registering in other on-line managers and spamming Malaysian managers about SK may also be interesting idea(even though you may get banned, but its not SK, so who cares?).

Well one possibility is to make a contest. Top places are awarded. In Eesti's sokker there have been such contests. Managers try to invite their friends to game or advertise in forums. New players send the name of a team, whom they heard about the game, to a certain persons sokker mail. After deadline results will be announced and the best managers awarded.
Dunno if you meant that kind of stuff but in my opinion it's one possibility.

I am not sure on popular forums. Don't really into the forum, perhaps other can help to suggest.

Spamming other online managers has proven work before, but it do take some times, a few hours thing of mailing. Does this mean you don't mind doing such thing? But of course, I would presume you will not be alone, other Malaysians might volunteer themselves to help.

Yeah, this is some fresh idea. But what does the champion get? Well, anyway this is idea that have not pop up before here, at least to me.

Well, this question is much more tougher than any other questions out there. First, we cant control what people like, we only can suggest or brain wash them. The main reason why players in Malaysia getting lesser and lesser is because they think that sokker is complicated than other managing game(for me this is not, i found it much more interesting than hattrick).

The first thing that we have to concern is not to increase number of players. The main thing is to MAINTAIN what we have now. I already suggest that at least try to make the game look like actual real life situation whereby we have certain experience players who are always available to help, willing to answer, and let the players feel comfortable dealing with them. (This is my experience, just to share with you guys. When i just join sokker, i don't know anything and i feel like stop playing but lucky i meet the previous NT coach, jaworlegia who willing to help, so in the end i didnt quit)

No doubt spamming will help BUT its only tempolary working. Do not forgot last 2 season, jaworlegia was spamming in hattrick. Number of users are increasing until 200++ But how about now? Spamming is only work for short term. Well, no harm to do that too.

So the best way still FIRST to Maintain, SECOND to Advertise, Spamming or etc.

I would like to know who are joining those football club, futsal club and so on in school or college? I'm sure that your club will have some activity right? So this is the good time to promote to them, at least wont like hattrick kena block. Haha......

In some forum too, such as lowyat.net, under game section, we can post a nice message promoting sokker, giving guidance from time to time.

I always trust 1 thing, Good thing will always like by people, If sokker is good game, Sure after people try it, they will like it.

Well I think that Plus is the easiest (probably the best) price.

and 2nd place 2month

Edit: Forgot to mention that new players activity should be checked, otherwise there would be a lot of cheating.

And it's blind competition. First reports come after the contest. That way people stay more motivated.

Hmmm.... We (users from abroad) , don't have too much ideas how to disseminate sokker.org in your country. The best way is to write on some Malaysian forums about this manager. Of course you, Malaysians, have lots of ways to do it. For e.g. you can tell your friends , family etc. about it. Your friends probably have another friends which get know about it and that's how it works :)

I believe that for larger nation, NT coach role is to concentrate on coaching, giving exposure to the right player and winning match.

But for a smaller nation like Malaysia, I believe the national coach, the highest ranked individual in Malaysia sokker structure, need to take care about the country sokker development/maintenance too.

Bear in mind, most of the users here have minimum knowledge on sokker, on my opinion, the NT coach have a role to play on this, either directly or indirectly.

wooikeim story told us that he nearly quit sokker, but luckily the NT manager then do support and guide him, and now he just promoted to Super Liga, and maybe the future champion of Super Liga. And subscribed PLUS just.

Just a few day ago, another user Arsenal, also voice out on the lack of the game knowledge, and he just relegated from Super Liga. You see, Super Liga the highest league in Malaysia, yet there are users like Arsenal and wooikeim, which mentioned still don't understand the game well.

How about the lower league? Is they are approached, and someone did pop a message and say hi. Is the national coach and the scout will still check with them, if non of the players are not good enough for national teams?

I did see this is one of the reason, why more lower league team drop sokker, and personally, I think for the future NT coach, will see this as one of his agenda, not only getting result with superb tactic and winning match.

What is the point, if you can lead Malaysia to get reputable result in World Cup qualifying game, or even qualify for World Cup, but the users in Malaysia left less than 20. Malaysia sokker do not have any future, if this is the case.

Hope you all see the reason, why I ask this question.
