Hmm... I don't have any idea at this moment, but I'll think and write it when I'll know :)
Well...topic has been really inactive, so I try to make it more alive.
When I will be elected I make this competition which I spoke before. As a price 3 month plus for the first place. Winner is the one who invites most new players into sokker.

I can tell you that the new comer MIGHT just join in for a short term and after that inactive. So whats the point of giving a price to the winner who invite players in for maybe just a couple of days, weeks or months? Its possible that new comers just come in and out after that.

Well deadline is in the end of the season so I have enough time to make sure witch are active and witch not. And even if managers wouldn't be active for a long then new Malaysian players will be brought into game and thats possible help for Malaysian NT!

Well, being realist, we can win Equador and Türkye. With other teams we have very small possibility, perhaps none. Still everything is possible.(or is here anyone who thinks that all teams are beatable?)

how would you communicate with us, i don't mean using MSN or what, will you send mail, post progress report of NT and stuff like that.(like to hear this from other candidates too)

NT's forum topic would be for NT news, progress, games comments and stuff like that.
And I would make Nt database, where everyone can upload their players. I think that its easier than doing it from Sokker Viewer.
I think that to keep new players is important to have mentor system. Players who already know the game would assign for mentor list. Newcomers can ask for mentor and he will be appointed one. Mentors assignment would be to answer questions and give advises-lead players to game.

It's not a secret , that whole teams are better than Malaysia. We can't only focus on defending , but tactic should be neutral. I don't expect anything , because that's football and everything could happen. No , it won't be surprise for me if Malaysia don't qualifies to WC.

Base on my observation and a short stint at the national scout, I observe a few shortcomings that Malaysia sokker is facing. The opinion might not be updated as I do not have access on Malaysia DB now.
1) NOT BALANCED TRAINING/SQUAD
NT coach did not provide sufficient input on training programme with Malaysian teams, might be a bit difficult for NT coach to advise on the older teams. But I believe, if the NT coach have enough communication with newly joined team, and analyse their team strengths and proper guidance given, we will have at least a few committed teams that train their players to stregthen NT. Currently, from my rough estimation, we are quite ok on the GK and FW, having both committed local and foreigh trainers. But the same thing can't be said for DF and MF, and we are into season 6. And we are still very rely on the older players in this 2 departments because proper training for this 2 departments does not functioned as it should.
What we lack is NT coach monitor all the 72 teams and every new teams that come in? Once they found hot prospect for the problematic departments, a very good mentor need to the assigned to the teams and guide him, ensure the players are groomed or at least have this education to them, if they want to quit, sell them first. I have saw many good players in our problematic areas gone with the teams.
2) THE GAME DON'T GROW
This is discussed earlier. Malaysia is into season 6, have 70+ users. Vietname is into season 3, have 100+ users. One might argue, we did reach 200+, but we don't keep it. This is true. As discussed, we need to maintain and to grow. Still think we are not too agressive in this area. Just because with the reason we should maintain, should not stop us for advertise. If we can get 100 new users, and 80 users left, so we will get 1000 in, so that 200 will stay. Thanks to jawo we have 70+ users that are quite stable, if not for him, we still stick with 20+ users. Yet, we still heard that it is not so wise to do advertisement and bring people in, see what happen to jawo. We cannot stop people from leaving, but we can bring people in and ensure the one that is in, is more that the one that leave.
3) TACTIC
Some game we should win, but we don't because wrong tactic. I don't blame the coach for this seriously. Because it is not fair to them too, as our turnover is high. I would rather prefer to find a really suitale NT coach, and give him 4-5 seasons, I am very sure, if this is the case the tactic problems will be lessen. We need continuity and time for the NT coach to really know the players, so that the right tactic are used.
CONCLUSION
So, my stand is very clear. I would prefer a planner and coordinator as the NT coach to solve problem 1) and problem 2). Once we managed to find the right person for this job, give him time to play with tactic, and problem 3) will solve by itself. If we find a person to solve problem 3) alone, you might see some result in short term, long term and if the person resign, we will back to square one.
Once we get the planner and coordinator, our team will be more competitive and they are more choices, at least they are plan for this, and a committee to review it. Some plan might fail, but as long as they are committee to review what goes wrong, we will not goes wrong. We are in season 6 now, does we hear anything about committee and discussion on how to improve Malaysia sokker or to review what goes wrong until now? Yes, sadly, only during election time. If there is one, toong and myself should know that as we are quite an elite/older team, so at least we will be informed.

I have check with your club history, I would say your team don't really achieve much at the beginning, but for the last 2 seasons are doing very well. Understand that competition level in your country is very tough. As Estonia rank no.8 in the world now.
As I mentioned I am more interested on the communication, ability to work together with Malaysia users and ideas from the NT coach rather than the game knowledge.
However, one thing puzzled me, can I ask why you are into the 8 season in the sokker, yet one of your across the line is still 100 standS. And you have 5000 benches behind the goal. Why is this so? Doesn't it is less economical building stadium this way?

Well, i would try to play offensive football, so it least we would score some goals and if really lucky we could keep the ball on the opposition's half really long, so they wouldn't have the oppotunity to score goals. Obviously better teams would score goals, but sawing Malaysia scoring goal against Italy would be something increadible. Even if we loose some goals agains them, who cares, nobody expects team like Malaysia loosing less than 5 goals agains Italy, so lets make them think how did we play to score one(i am not saying it will happen, i am just giving You the example :P). So just basically saying i would prefer offensive playing with 4 at the back to secure the centre and the wings. It would probably be something like in my club, which i think works very well, but it depents on the players i've got, cause i am not going to play 1 striker when i got really good pair of them.

I am not m1hkel, but i just want to interrupt your conversation putting my answer in. In sokker building stadium is not economical, it is better to buy and sell players, because expanding stadium gets your money back in about 5 season, and i am talking about getting your money back, not getting profit.

Next week I'm probably going to enlarge my stadium, so far I haven't done it due to my lack of funds. I have more invested into players.
And actually first seasons I wasn't very active. I started playing again when my team was already in bad condition:( But yes, last few seasons I have developed greatly!
