Subject: NT Questions to candidates - season 6

2007-10-23 17:42:50
Yes, great idea. If i got it, the 5 mentors will be the member that i suggested in my previous post (Malaysia's Commitee member). Out of the 5, maybe we should have 2 local one because in the process of mentoring, at the same time learning from other 3 more experience mentor.

Well, i had discuss with tigermaster, doesn't care who will got the position as NT manager, we will still continue help to improve the national team. In fact i think is good that for each week, the assistant, scout and mentor should give a brief report on the progress to the NT manager so that the next manager will know what to do so on.

Lets just end stadium topic, cause its getting really long and off the main topic.
The lack of stars in your NT happens because you dont sell players to other teams. You dont have good coaches, so their skills dont pop as fast as they could in better clubs, with better coaches. The second thing - how many of you acctually have the Youth School? If you have not, you should, i had it in 6th league and i could easily afford it, even with 20 juniors. The start will be painful to your finances, but after 2 seasons it will make bigger profit than selling and buying players(if you want to see my best player i got from youth school just ask me to sk@ you). And it will help your NT- more and better players.

just curious to know why you are dissing the Malaysian users with this comment.

"The lack of stars in your NT happens because you dont sell players to other teams. You dont have good coaches, so their skills dont pop as fast as they could in better clubs, with better coaches."

I can assure you that Malaysia does have upcoming stars in all positions. Why does a player have to trade all of their players to an international club? Why cant their skills pop as fast as fast as they could if they were in "better clubs" It really all depends on the players talent. NOT where the player is playing!

from my understnading of his statement, he might mean that foreign clubs coaches have a very vast in experience. so even though the player are less talented, he still can get better training outside than local clubs. i agreed with him, but for me i dont find it amazing to play all foreign players in your own club. it feels like i have lose the malaysian identity. Well maybe im too patriotic.

Good job and its a great idea too.......

On my oppinion. Each mentor need to report for the weekly or 2 weeks once progress to the NT manager. The progress report have to include the training, question raise by players, youth team and others.

And the NT manager can compile 1 final report and post it in the forum so that these information can be share among each other. How?

very organized... but alot of red tape. With data passing thru so many channels... it will cause some lagging effects to occur during statistics publications. Moreover, not everyone will login daily, some do it on a weekly basis. For this to work, we have to ensure efficient activity from top level to bottom.
Otherwise; for example when it comes to week 3, we're only able to publish week 1 stats
