Maybe this forum already exists but I couldn't find it.
It was made clear that Malaysia has to start developing greatly to maintain existence. Fast training can't be done with wrong training methods. So this is the topic were should be discussions about coaches-wages, levels, head, assistant and junior coaches etc.

And I think that such topics are good places for NT-candidates too to show what kind of teams they actually have.

still trying to have more money,then i'll get a better coaches,for now just have so so coaches ;) so have to bear with it for now...haha

My current coaches:

Head coach:
brilliant coach, 5x unearthly
wage: 518 400 $

Assistant coaches:
formidable wage: 207 200 $
formidable wage: 224 800 $
outstanding wage: 199 600 $

Junior team coach:
incredible
wage: 411 200 $

Well not the best, but not bad neither imo.

Ehhh... you're trying to compare your coaches and coaches in Malaysia? I think that's not a good idea...

Let me share my coaches since I thought that a few of you all thoght that we are way way back in term of coaches. I would say that it is not that good after all, but not that bad as some of you might suggested. I play sokker for around 4 seasons.

Still waiting to upgrade it after my stadium upgrade. Having a larger stadium help to finance the coach, that is why I build stadium. I think the top 2 teams in Malaysia have better coaches than myself.

No. I'm trying to make forum more informative place. So far here haven't been any active topics.
I'm not going to win elections anyway so I thought that it would be interesting to help developing malaysia(and interesting for me would be comparing my team with other malaysian teams too).

code is [ money=33]xxxxxxx[/money] (without space) that number(33) is country number, for estonia it is 33, for malaysia 59. Numbers can be seen in Sokker World page. And the xxxxxx is sum.
E.g If I write [ money=33]1000000[/money] then you'll see 1 000 000 $

Hello, if you invest for your youth, please choose a coach with at least Formidable coach otherwise it quite difficult for your youth to be strong when time to pull.

What wooikeim is correct. If you can't afford at least a formidable coach, better don't go for youth.

Or else you will waste money on the coach and junior slot, and your junior don't have resale value.

And on training, choose one training, and have the skills of unearthy. It will be cheaper than your very good coach, but the training will be more effective.
