Subject: MY Users and Mentor Grouping

As promised, I will give the list on all the 72 users to the future NT coach. And some asked me to do it earlier, and I think it is a good idea, I want to see too, the candidates opinion on this. What is his stand on this? If he think this is a good idea, who he think will lead the 5 groups, internal or external recruit?

Let me post first all the 68 users in Malaysia first. 68? Yeah, I just managed to get 68, either I miss out some or the counter 72 is not correct. If happen, I miss out someone, please post here.

Then I will group into 5 groups, sorted by seniority. Group A consists of 1,6,11,.., Group B 2,7,12,.., Group C 3,8,13... and so forth.

I dun quite get how this works. Each group will mentor any newbies we are assigned to?

How it works? Good questions, that is why we discuss here. Would like to see how candidates thought of it. And we will base on their thought to vote.

Basically, two candidates supportive of the idea.


I am not candidate. This is how I would like it to work. But of course, this is just opinion.


Malaysia National Team Structure
--------------------------------------
NT coach
- 5 mentors/committees
- scouts/assistants (as per the NT coach needs)

Mentors/Committees
------------------------
Volunteers needed to form this committee. Can be internal or external. Each mentor will help to take care one group, giving advise fully, if some advise they can't give, will refer to NT coach. So, new users will get the advise from mentors, and will get faster reply as they have less people to attend to. The mentor, might want to get 1 or 2 asssistants from the group to share the load.

IMPORTANT POINT!
This is a game, so I don't think we need to talk about line of reporting, what statistic to give. We just enjoy, just structured a bit. So, if mentor see some problem of the Malaysia users facing or difficult query, can discuss with NT coach and all the other committees.


BENEFIT OF THIS
- NT coach do not needs to look after so many users, 5 volunteers will help him. NT coach need to support though and give ideas and implement/coordinate it.
- Mentors and the rest learn from each other.
- Suggested training from mentors, will help Malaysia NT to get the potential get the proper training.
- Newbies know who to ask questions, because the very first few day of signin, some one will send a sokker mail, and introduce him as the mentor to help. Faster response compare to asking the NT coach, which look after so many things.
- Have a closer relationship between users, the group can have a social gathering for example, and can chat about other things than sokker.


WHY PEOPLE WILL VOLUNTEER?
- To serve Malaysia National Team, if Malaysia get good results, not only it is the good work of the NT coach but also the mentors/committee who able to help the coaches to solve some issues/problems of MY users. And also, the committee did have an input on players, strategy and etc. Final say is NT coach.
- FOR ANY FUTURE NT COACH FOR MALAYSIA, they must serve as mentors/committees before in order to stand a chance for them to get votes from Malaysian. Users that will only appears during election time, be assured will not get votes from Malaysian, unless they opt to be mentors/committtees.
- A training fields for the mentors to be future NT Coach. if they can't serve 1/5 of Malaysian users, how they can serve the full Malaysian users?


Who to be mentors, I would leave it entirely to the NT coach. Maybe, he wants to get the most senior 5 person and ask them are they interested. Those that not interested, he might field up with the others or get external helps, people that campaign to be MY NT coach.


The idea is creating a committee board headed by NT COACH and a few mentors to guide the Malaysian users. They will work together to get result from Malaysia. If the NT COACH decided to quit for whatever reason, someone of the committee will be moved up by vote, so the CONTINUITY is there. The New NT coach will have alot of info of the players in charge as previously he worked as mentor, thus should be able to get most of the tactic rights base on player strengths.

Those that not elected in this election, still can serve the NT this season, and if they are doing good job here, will be a very strong candidates next season.

Still don't see where is wrong. All the transactions are to different teams. The prizes paid also is more or less market price, consider it is 18 year old trainees.

The only thing is to me this user is very agressive, sell all his decent players, not decent one sack first, then only buy potential. A right thing to do, but perhaps too soon and put the team in such a risk.

Yeap, no cheating action seem to be UNLESS his friend is from overseas and ask him to cheat. But i think the possibility is quite low.

Yes, agree with mysprs its a risk to do in this early stage. Thats why our nation need this mentor system to cordinate with them. Aggresive is a good start, But he use it in the wrong way.

By the way, i already sent him a message to ask the reason why he do so in this early stage, but so far no reply yet. Once i got the latest news, i will post it here.

Guys and gals.... although chronologically I have been in the game for some time I have no idea how it works nor have I spent any time working out the mechanics of the game.

The main reason for this is due to my recent move back to Australia..... I am merely keeping my team alive until I get the time to concentrate on it again.

I wish I could assist in the above endeavour. Instead please accept my best wishes for your success and hopefully I will become more active soon.

I already told him about the mentor system, now waiting for his reply. This is only things i can do in this stage. :)

Yeah, we are happy to see that you still stick with us even you are busy out there. Malaysia really need someone loyal like you to strengthen the team. Don't worry brother, I'm sure with the commitment, you will be back to super league very soon, with your powerful squad and great managing style. Good luck for the new season.
