Subject: Season 6's Plans

This new treat is for any plans that we are going to lmplement this season. As i promise, i will setup a commitee team to ensure everyone in Malaysia will have a great communication between each other.

Thanks to mysprs for coming out the mentoring system. I'm totally agree with this plan. The table below will show teams in each group.

Ceresxian FC (Group D) and Cool Stars (Group A) has left us, and now both are bot teams. So, please take them out from the list.

In future, any new team, I will inform wooikeim, and wooikeim will assign to the respective group and inform the mentor to take over. And the mentor will drop a mail to say hi, and so on.

I just go hattrick look around at lower division(division5). There have many of player of malaysia at hattrick. I think we should arrange time in this few weeks go there to do advertisement.

But before do that, i hope can see a NEWBIE guide as soon as possible ^^

Newbie guide will be posted with some guide shortly. Thanks to l6776793 for advertising sokker in hattrick. I hope it may work this time with the mentoring system once users join in. Other than that, i already intro sokker in lowyat.net, i hope everyone in Malaysia participate to intro sokker to your friend, family, other site and so on. Thanks a lot, i'm appreciate it.

eh, i not yet start the advertisement, because i wan the guide come out first. Dont like last time we all join but dont know how to play. Also, need other users to help doing spam at hattrick. More people will make the job easily.

Agred with l6776793, the users guide need to be in place. Some of the teams, abandon the game after 7-8 days struggling how to play sokker. VC United above is a good example.


I propose each mentors have a template to fill in, some important info is in there, and can be send to NT coach for his info. Among the important info is Email address of each users.

If we have this info, and we know the teams are leaving us, at least we will email the person,
1) Whether can give sokker a second chance.
2) If cannot, then ask him to list all the players into the transfer market before he leaves us. Some might be the gems.

I had just finished sending sk mail to all Malaysian Users, so far only few reply me, i hope more will get back to me soon. Hopefully for the team you post there will login once before the owner is "sack".

Talking about the template, the below info is what I suggested to be prepared by the mentor. The users need to be contacted and hopefully they don't mind give the mentor the following details.


A) email address

B) Incoming total transfer fees
C) Outgoing total transfer fees

D) Star Player 1 details (Below 21)
E) Star Player 2 details (Below 22)
F) Star Player 3 details (Below 23)

G) NT coaches, youth coaches and assistants info


By gathering the above info, the mentor should have an idea what type of team he is mentoring, either it is a buying club, a selling club, is the coaches is sufficiient for the team standard, the training plan for their potential players and etc.

So, this template will be compiled and updated to be send to NT coach.

I suggest do not set the timeline, when to update. The mentor will do it on their own time, and NT coach have to accept the fact that it is not the up to date info, but a good guideline.

Just a suggestion. If NT coach think the idea can be further explored, please provide all the mentor a standard template on the info, and send it to them. They will try to contact all the 13-14 users to get the info.

By the way, can NT coach further explain on the role of internal and external mentor. How the structure work?

Ok, i will design a template and send it to all the mentor by this weekend. We can see that many experience foreign player are quite active in Malaysia forum. Even some of our Malaysia player build good relationship with them. So this External Mentor is Foreign Experience Player who are capable to help on our players. Actually i had appoint few local mentor, and i got the reply said that maybe they are not experience enough on the game engine. So By having External Mentor, i think is a good idea to assist local mentor and also local mentor can learn from them. I'm confident that this could benefit our Nation.
