How do u increase them? My players have very few stars xcept 4 my 26yo CB.

Easy answer... Train you players.

Have you selected a training plan yet? The higher the levels of the skills of the player the higher the ratings get...

yep. But my excellent defender still has less stars than my formidable one.

yeah mate, That makes sense... Formidable defender is better than Excellent.
