Choice on coach U21 will be in this time that choice on first coach NT Hong Kong. In first season unfortunately, will not be no competitions if World cup. In my opinion NT Hong Kong U-21 can carry big progress, it is necessary only choose coach which will everything it made that team win.

As far as I know, there will be 2 seperate coaches, and you can't manage both of them.
I'll try to become coach for the normal NT, I don't know about the U21... I guess someone else has to do it?

yeah, go ahead and think of it would be great to have serious candidates... I hope abcde will think about it as well... He is one of the only active HK player in the league as well on the forum and know about all the Hong Kong youth (not that hard actually)
