Trainers/coaches
I received a couple of questions about the trainingstaff. In this post I will explain something about it.
A good trainingstaff is very much the basic for a good development of your trainees.
Making a long term plan.
Coaches are not cheap, and you need to calculate what you income is in a 2-weeks term. When you play a home and an away match.
When you know what your income and expenses are over a 2 weeks term. You know how much money you can spend on wages of your coaches.
In my case I want the best for my trainees so I spend very much money on the coaches and assistants. they will receive almost the maximum of training and I will sell them for very much money.
Don't try to get the highest coach, because that would be fatal for you club. In this topic I included the minimum wages of coaches based on the level of a coach.
What do you need to know about coaches?
When you look at your coach, you see that he as a level and he has skills in training effectiveness.
The maximum of coaches you can hire is 5. 3 assistants , 1 headcoach and 1 juniorcoach. When you decide to hire more assistants you might loose your training of that week.
The levels
The higher the level of a coach, the faster your trainees will develop in the skill they are trained for.
For example, a good coach with the same training effectiveness skills as an outstanding coach, will develop a trainee less, than he would be trained by an outstanding coach.
The skills
Head coach
This coach needs his skills at the highest for what you are training.
For example: You want to train strikers. Strikers need pace, technique and striking.
Your headcoach should cover those three skills at the highest. The higher the skills the higher the wage of the coach.
Junior/youth coach and assistants
For this coach, the training effectiveness skills matter the most. They should be at the same level. For example all skills are very good. They do not need the highest skill of what your are training.
I will try to visual this with an example.
This coach I use as a headcoach.
magical coach wage: 38 325 €
Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina outstanding of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique magical of playmaker
brilliant of passing unearthly of striker
This coach I use for training pace, technique and striking (they are all unearthly) and my coach is magical.
U don't need this coach if you cannot afford him. So look at what you can spend on a coach.
Here below there are prices what are minimum wages of coaches and their levels:
good coach - 15 000 HK$
solid coach - 22 700 HK$
very good coach - 34 000 HK$
excellent coach - 52 000 HK$
formidable coach - 80 000 HK$
outstanding coach - 114 000 HK$
incredible coach - 177 000 HK$
brilliant coach - 245 000 HK$
magical coach - 337 000 HK$
unearthly coach - 536 000 HK$
do you apply a new coach?
Your training session page contains all the coaches. at the bottom on the right you have Coach recruitment.
Here you can select the skills of your coach.
Remember: the higher the skills you select the more money you spend and the higher the wage of the coach.
When you put all skills to the maximum, you will not automatically receive an magical or unearthly coach.
So, how do you pick the right skills?
When I put in the required skills for a head coach, I put the skills i will be training to the maximum.
To compensate for not having an to expensive coach, the skills you won't train, needs to be put on a level at good.
This is not easy to explain. So I show you by an example.
I want a head coach for training strikers. He needs pace, technique and striker.
So, those three skills will get magical.
Then i do not want the level of the coach to high (magical), nor to low. (solid)
So, the other skills i will put at solid or excellent.
It would be look like this:
excellent of stamina solid of keeper
magical of pace solid of defender
magical of technique solid of playmaker
excellent of passing magical of striker
* note: the skill of keeper will increase the recruitment costs, so the higher this skill is, the higher the recruitment costs are.
then we recuit the coach, and see what coach will come up. Then you have the choice to accept him, so he will receive his wages, or don't accept him (you won't be charged for wages).
I hope this helps you to understand why it is important to have a good coach and assistants to train effectively.
Once you have your trainingstaff completed, you can use them for a very long time. Or, if you want to upgrade you trainingstaff to a higher level of coach (outstanding coach to magical coach).

hello i have a question, i want a magical coach, it doesnt matter the skills, but i want its wage to be aroung 340 000HK$.
Do you recommend me to buy one from transfer o to get one by picking skills?
Is there a specific time to get one or its totally random to get the right wage?

It's the best way to find a coach which fits your desires. But there are more users in Sokker that want a coach for a minimum wage, so you must get lucky not to end up in a bidwar.

when you pull a trainer, there is no specific time, because it is fully random what you get. You can set all skills of a trainer on magical, but it does not mean you get a magical coach. You can have a formidabel or excellent or maybe an unearthly. Each time you pull, you have to pay an amount based on the skills you selected. You might get lucky to have after a first pull a great coach, but it happens more you need a lot of money to get the coach you wanted.
For a beginner in Sokker I advise to go to the Transferlist and look for a coach, you might get lucky in that, if you cannot find a coach, you can pull one and find you luck.

thank you for your help, but i think i cant have a magical coach yet, the prices are very high and since i am just starting i dont want spend the money so fast. I still have to buy players because the team i've got came with 80% around 27-30 years players
yes, you should not get a magical coach yet. their wages are too high and you can go bankrupt before you know it.
