Hi, my name is Marco (in cantonese it's Maruko) :)
With my team I reached the second place in the italian Serie B of Sokker and I didn't reach the promotion in Serie A for few points.
I am also in the Italy NT staff (you can check it into ilmangu's page, he is the italian NT mister actually) so I have already experience with the work of a national team.
I do love Hong Kong, I'm planning to move out there as soon as possible, because that's one of the best nations in the world. For that reason I candidated myself here, to plan a strong national team for this marvellous nation :)
With the power of 截拳道 we will defeat everybody, because it's not only a martial art, it's a way of life. :)
Now the program: first of all we have to make a database in which we will put together all the best players of ours, then we will make a program for the young players, to make them grow good.
Of course I will have a staff of people who will help me in choosing players, making tactics and visioning the opponents, and Hong Kong players will always have the priority. ;)

I understand that you would prefer to have a connational coach for your NT, and for this I propose myself to be an assistant of him if I will not be elected ;)
