Subject: NT Coach

New NT coach need be someone who is active on Hong Kong forum, who has lot of free time and who knows lot about tactics.

Now in Hong Kong will be lot of candidates for NT coach but they never were write post on forum and they think if they are in good position at league that he will be coach of country which is last on table, no this country has players for middle of tables not end and new coach must fix that.

i am willing to run for NT coach for Hong Kong im decent on tactics i went 12-0-2 ( w-l-t ) this year and sokker is my life

I'm 5. in league if u will look for value, but I'm good in tactic and I take some points from very stronger team that mine is.

I see that you are now in upper league but at the moment you are in last league in you country and you play sokker for 5 months so I don't know how you are good in tactic [lol]

I have a mentor that is good at tactics and he has taught me

ok, but you will be NT coach, not mentor, if Hong Kong players want your mentor they will pick him :D

I was in Hong Kong one and I think that they are very people who like your men so NT coach probably will be Hong Kong player, they are good people I have 2 friends in Hong Kong and we are in contact every day ig it is possible....

I'm trying help HKG players, I am on this forum 2 seasons and I am active, but you, you come on elections day and dissapire like beuze who is NT coach at the moment.

i run once for hong kong and i realised that it's almost impossible to win the election, so dont worry i wont run again in the next one.... maybe in the next year.... :)

maybe you know more then me, maybe not... is that important? what matters is the results and objectives fullfiled...

i've added this forum to my forum views, so i come here to read every post but that dont force me to write stupid answers just to keep my name visible...

beuze is not forced to write posts just because he is NT coach, he was selected by hong kong community so it's not your business anyway, if the players from hong kong are insatisfied with him they will select another person next time for sure...

All remarks are right but the NT coach has a friend with a HK team so he also got 2 votes. It's a lose for sure!

yes, HKG users can vote for yourself so it's almost impossible win, but that is not important, important is that we must move HKG from last position.

With the WC groups up next season, that will be extremely hard to get off the bottom so whoever takes the position will have to be judged on what they do with the team, not where they end up in the ladder

I totally agree!!

But when I look at the current players in the NT ... I just can't understand that some of them are in there ...

1.: There are only 6 players who are playing in a team with a manager, all other 18 players are in bot-teams!
2.: The average age is 24.5, there are a few very old (too old) players (who are even playing in bot-teams).

I know there are not many good players in Hong Kong, but with players from bot-teams there's no chance to get better in the future!
In my opinion it would be the best to look for young players who get training and let them play.
Probably they're not better at the moment, but the matches in the NT give them experience and the additional 5% or whatever to get a 100% training.
I think this is the only chance to get better in the future ...

I didn't write this to critizise, I just wanna help!
