I think that in open of new World Cup for us, versus Andora, we need to win...
I please our NT coach to say something about match and what does he expect..
i test players for the first 2-3 matchs and after this, i can save the needed players
it's 0-4 not 0-5 :/
I think today we lost for the poor tactic, no way... the central defenders were totally alone in the defence because the two backwings were too large, in fact they touched the ball only when it falled in their zone as they were very isolated. The midfield was very very weak, only one mid can not support all the work a midfield has to do: filter over the defence, do the playmaker and support the attack; impossible to do with only one central mid, in fact they had lots of actions in numeric superiority.
The two wings were too large and offensive, they could be used better to help the central (alone) midfielder.
At last, the three forwards were positioned too back; they actually played as offensive midfielders, in fact the few shoots they made were only from high distances. Forwards should be set as high as the offside line allows, to be ready to receive the ball from the midfielder and run to score the goal.
Anyway Hong Kong has good players, I think today we could win easily with a more accurate tactic :/
Crossroads I have absolutely NOT the intenction to discredit you, absolutely. It's only a critic from a friend to make better tactics in future :)

the moldova`s couch alin_bz is the best from Romania. He make a very good tactic/
maybe so, but ti wasnt so much the tactic that beat us (althogh it was a part of it) it was players skills.
Either way, I think that U21 match was good to show some of the names that we will see in the future NT squad of Hong Kong.
It also let managers like myself with really young players (17yo) show that they do have a future star if their player is correctly trained.
