I would like to say few word about my ideas, if I become HongKong NT coach.

Unfortunately the problem with HongKong Sokker community is small users inflow.

With bigger inflow, it would be possible to achieve larger players database, by saving players from bot clubs. In future, focus must be put on Sokker promotion.

But to create any fundamentals for successful NT growth, database, and NT requirements are absolute preconditions. It would be necessary to list players skills from all active Hongkong clubs, and see what are our strongest and weakest sides.

Also I would personally give advices to all managers, in their youth players development. This is extremely important, because, we must concentrate our efforts on what we can, and try to exploit our opponents weaknesses, instead of trying to cover holes in our team - we simply doesn't have enough man power to do that. Our youth players, are the only pillars for NT future, and we must "carve" them the right way...

Like old people say, healthy roots, for healthy tree.
