I see it but I don't know if players are fired or not. If I have the choice between these players and others, I will take the others but they are stronger than the others.

players who are in the NT will be set on transfer list when a bot team gets a new manager!

this will take at least one season in this case, as only the teams in the lowest league get new managers!

so the players from these team won't get training and won't be transferlistes as long as this team will be taken over by another manager.

i hope it's true what i'm writing here ... ;-)

i donot know if he is wrose than the bot team. but the following my opinion which want you can have a look :

1. as the NT player have the 33% more of training, if you keep on use the bot team player, it is meaningless.

2. For the best future, i prefer to use who are under training. Now we are in the lower place and we should not try to get to high place, but for our future.

3. after one season the player who choose now from bot team stay the same level, but the other will improve. as a result, the distance will get close.

also, one more question, i would like to know how can you know which one are stronger?As i know you will not get their stats, please tell me if i am wrong.

Value?rating ?or anthings else.

i am not to challenge you, just want to know more and hope HK have a better future.

i hope i can discuss this things due to we are new in sokker and at learing stage.

I base myself on wage. Higher is the wage, better is the player on paper. But I don't know where he is exactly better.
To fire or to add a player to the NT team have no effect and I can do it at anytime so I take just the best player at the moment.
My goal is to have the best ranking as possible for HK.

just because the wage is little bit lower while one is in bot team, one is on training and have better value and better match rating.

What do you want to discuss ?! You just want me to select your player but I said at this moment, for me, your player isn't better and I have explained why. If you're not agree, you can but don't say I don't want to disccuss with you or someone else.
And one more thing, a selected player doesn't mean that he will play.

You are right with what you said, so unfortunatly, that player will probably be wasted.

Thats a nice looking player for a new country. the points you make are very good. One problem with this player is he is above the concensus training age. Most players say that training players of 23 or above is useless, and others say that 23 yo really should be the limit. So he won't increase that much in skill sorry.

It may be hard to know what a bots teams skills are, but if you think that he is a decent player, just have him in the squad and play players that you know what skills they have. Unless you have an idea of the defenders the bot striker is playing against AND have plus membership, ratings/wages will not tell the full story of how good a striker is. I have two players, same age, who have the exact same secondaries, but one has +1 skill on pace, and the other has +1 skill on technique and one of their wages is only 2/3 of the other persons one. It just shows how this can be a misleading way of deciding

Check the stat too the wage are not everything! But it's hard to know if the player play on the right position especially with bot team !
