He had pretty poor stats...will he still be playing in the NT?

Sure, he has poor stats but we don't many "stars" you know...

Buy a young Hong Kong player and train him ,, Maybe put a lot of money in your youth ? then we have in 4-5 years a good team ... Now ,, it's not that good ;)

But , there is hope ;)

I want to train Hong Kong players , who need some Pace ...


And , If you need some tactical help ... I will help Hong Kong ...

Sure but if we are only few people to do it, it won't change a lot and all manager doesn't have enough money.

If you have any young mids that need training yell out as I will be training passing and tech over the next season or two

It will be important to have also a Database . Scouts , ...

People who have a Hong Kong player can ask someone what training that he need ...

It will be important for the next Years ...

HK is still small, there's no need for a "strong crew"!
It should be possible for the NT coach to overlook the whole situation, probably one assistant (scout) could be useful, but more would increase the coordination costs too much ...

I think it's important to generate more users because logically you don't have a chance with the actual 14 users against nations which have more than 1000 users ...

And it's important to keep all these users staying, and this is the job for all users, who read regularly in this forum ...

I think there aren't a lot of active users in Hong Kong ...

We need someone to talk with the New users and tell him how you play sokker.

Someone who talk with the newbies and all Hong Kong players , tell that the youth is Important for them , and also for the national team . Youth is very cool , and HK is not big , so everybody can have a topteam in theire own country ...

Yeah, I understand, but I don't see a reason for 2-3 assistants! ;-)
The NT coach has to do the tactic and the line up by himself.

An assistant can help him with scouting the HK players and with updating them ...
But that's everything, and the HK community is small enough to handle this with 1 assistant! ;-)


And the assistance of new users is independent from the NT team, that's the job of the HK community and all managers who're taking part here! ;-)
