I have time enough to coach Hong Kong . I'm everyday online , i can make good tactics ( Very important ) ...

I like to play in a 4-3-3 or 3-4-3

But , i can also make tactics with 1att or 2

I like to play with 4defs on a line ...

To the questions: I see, you're pretty active here, how do you wanna make the NT better?
Do you know some top managers who are willing to train young players from Hong Kong (which would led to an increase in training efficiency)?

Do you think you have a chance to persuade the users to be active here in the forum? And if yes, how do you wanna handle this?

Yes , i'm active ;)
I think our team isn't good ( we don't have a lot of good players because Hong Kong is not Big in Sokker ... )
I will send every manager in Hong Kong a mail . Say them that the youthschool is important and that they ned good trainers to train you Hong Kong players . that's good for them , and also for the NT

In Belgium are a lot of good trainers , if someone is for sale , i will ask people to train this player ....

Why do u think it's not fair ?

Because this is written in the election rules:

if you are running for election do NOT post questions or arguments in other candidates' threads. Their threads are for them to present their candidacy (and for users from that nation to question them), not for you to debate them.

Everyone in belgium know me , I love the forums and scouting ... making tactics is also fun !
I play sokker for almost 2years , so I know what i'm doing ...

It's not difficult for finding a crew , I have a lot Belgium friends that will help me ...
Also , Crossroads know a lot of this team , and It would be Nice if he want to help me ;)

the U21 World Cup is very good for Hong Kong , then we know what talent Hong Kong has ... then we can find Managers for training our Juniors ;)
