Of course to play like I said you need very good players, otherwise you're gonna lose as they can't do what you supposed to.

again, I don't know our player's skills, I can imagine it from the stars they do in a match, but it's not enough to set a tactic in a perfect way.

I was only depicting the way to play I use in my club, then if here we have players who can do it, why not use it :)

2-1 against Serbia has been a good result, good to Abcde

I think the midfield was doing at least something before the red card, yes Serbia had many occasions also before it, but after it the game went one side

Marko you really see another game, our team only have luck, I say it again was suppose to be 5-0 for Serbia BUT WE WAS VERRY LUCKY.

We have 2 shot in min 82 only and for our luck we score.

About your team tactic and the way to aplly it here isen`t right. You simple don`t understand that in NT you don`t play against the boots from campionat or against player who might not even know how to make a tactic. Except small team all NT have good choach and you will need each game to see there tactic ideea, them player, to think about a way to combat them and after to creat a special tactic for it.

Is not so simple to just take a crapy tactic that you use in a game in league , and put it on NT, you loose with your tactic alot of game in your league , why do you think this tactic will make you win on NT. I`m not sure but I belive you was relegated this seson so how a tactic you have may be good for a NT when wasen`t good for you ?

This time I agree with OchiReci more. I think if we play with offside traps and high defense against opponents like Serbia, with our limited skills of defenders, the opponents will either dribbles or simply over-run our defense and there will be plenty of 1 on 1 situations.

I have modified the tactic regrading the midfielders and the wing-backs but I am not going to play a high defense against Scotland (B team). I'm waiting for any feedback after that match.

Actually, I like the atmosphere here. What I believe is that only through active discussion can we derive better tactic for Hong Kong, thus makes the team stronger.

Of-course If I`ll be elected I`ll want all detail from you and I`ll try also to search new players from HK that deserve the NT. I already see some of the player so I have an ideea about how the team look and what should be done future.

again, I agree, as this tactic was very defensive and Serbia wasted many occasions in 1 vs 1 situations.

I've been playing for seven seasons in italian Serie B and Serie C, the strongest nation after Polska. Next one will be the 8th season, not exactly "against player who might not even know how to make a tactic". You've just insulted all the users I played against during this years.

I think it's just obvious, I'd care to change/adjust the tactic for every single match of course. Were you thinking I'd have just confirmed the same tactic for all the season and then gone to take a beer?
I have enough experience to switch from a 5-4-1 to a 3-2-5, my method is to be unpredictable and to use the "surprise effect" to win also that matches I'd never win. I can't understand why you wrote that things on me.

it's incredible how after a single post in which I just depicted a single tactical style with wingers making crosses you started all this. I'm truly disappointed.

I've finished this season 7th only because I played with a very good keeper with tragic form, while other teams had at least an incredible keeper.

Take a look to my matches, they all ended 3-4 or 2-3 for the opponent as they scored also with stupid shoots from midfielders with good in attack. My final goal difference was +4 (42 scored - 38 conceded), I've been the first user in the history of sokker to get a 7th place with a positive goal difference. With a better keeper I think I'd have terminated this season at least 3rd.

Now I've bought a magical keeper, let's see what position I'll reach this season. (I haven't been relegated)


I'll not say anything about your club career here on sokker because I'll not try to steal you votes with these low hits.

believe me, I wasn't saying you should have played with offside trap. It was just a possibility, like the screenshots I made a few time ago, do you remember? Also there I wrote about offside trap, but of course if we don't have enough strong DEFs we can't do it. ;)

about wing backs, it's different, I was only advicing you to make them face the winger when the ball goes on the wing of the field :)

Screen 1: my left wingback has gone 15 meters forward to mark opponent's right wing.

Screen 2: my right wingback went down on the wing to face 1vs1 opponent's left wing, but unfortunately he arrived late and the winger crossed the ball before the wingback reached him.


Of course in that match I largely used pressing, in order to steal the ball to the opponent in every zone of the field.

we haven't enough good players to press the opponent, I agree. My advice was another one: to slightly put forward the wingback position when playing on the wings of the field, at least in defending positions (the first two lines below of the field in the tactic editor) - and not in midfield or attack like in screen 1 - in order to make the wingback to face the winger, avoiding crosses. :)

Marko , you say this is your 8`th seson in sokker, ok is also the 8`th for me amd in all 7 seson until now I never end up lower than 4`th place. But like I say before the NT is more important than own team and are not compatible. You can`t adopt tactic from club team to a NT , because the quality of the player you have on NT differe alot and alos the opponents players and managers have high skill and vast experience.
Each game on NT should be treat like the most important game and the tactic will be choose for each game after several study of oponents and several look up of own player stats and form. So in each chase the tactic will be new and special made for a single game. In league you can make a tactic and use it in several games, because all team from one league have almoust the same value, but on NT you meat better , equal and maybe lowest opponent so the tactic must be change and fresh each time, and each game will be unique. Until you make a tactic on NT you will have to watch carfull 2-3 previous game of your opponet to see the best player, the best side of that team, to unlock some space you can use and to see exactly if are some player that need to be knock out or carfull handle. After this will be choose the line up and the positions for each player and his attribute. That`s why I told you that in league you play against team who don`t change the tactic each game, it wasen`t an insult against Italy managers was just a true fact. And you say Italy is best sokker team after Poland, I personaly don`t think so and I hope that my romanian friends will show that today in the U21 match against Poland.

About the screen you make are ussefull. You can`t show how your team play because is irelevant. Each game is different and each player play different in function of his opponent and opponent team. One player will play great in some games and worst in other so the main thing is to establish how he will play each game regarding his oponent streight and his quality. Is a simple equaltion with alot of factors that can`t be write down in words or print screen. Each game will be a challenge and each one will differe alot from the previous and from the next one. In one game one player will be divine in other he will be inexistent.
This game have alot of tactic option that can be use and this is a plus for us and a challange for each user that have the privilege to become an NT coach.

This is a mystake you can`t make on a national team. No player have one spot reserve for them in NT, because here you have more than regular 16 player under your comand, you have an entire database of player. And the player selection is made for each game regarding the oponent.

Your idea is well received and has been adopted. I will also try to put defenders in different position to find out a better combination of defender. Normally wing-back required more playmaking skill then central defender, I suppose.

That's a disaster for me. I thought I can line-up Akandu Sze Ming since his name is black in the line-up. But the fact is that he is suspended, and the place is replaced by a player with low stamina which is supposed to be sub. Without Akandu Sze Ming, the midfield performs very badly and make a lot of useless passes. But I think the new tactic has allowed the team to have some pressing on the Scottish side, and in fact, we did some nice pressing in the final 1/3 of the match.
