I know it is hard to get money to buy a good one, but it is not worth to pay this much on coaches and have trainees at this level :/

Maybe we can make a mentor sistem. As the new users won't disapeared. What do you think?

I will be happy there are 2-3 mentor here, who want to be the starters.

I write private sk mail. But I only get 3- letters. Maybe not everybody speak english.

when I as domincan coach I used to write the name of new users here in the forum. Then, spanish speakers here send the welcome message to them.

But if there is a standar message, anyone can send. We only have to organize the work, to not send 2 messages to same user, and not leting any user without the welcome message.

Imo, the welcome message should have simple instructions to organize the trainning and should have an invitation to participate in the forum.

That is the payer I developed in my minor system. The sense is not get better player form other nation is make good player form our dominican system and i hpoe to increse better player that We can make it.

I understand, and you are doing the right thing at this point (trainning dominican players). But even these players won't have much chance to play in the national team in the future. I think only Michael Antón would be good enough, if he is talented.

So, trainning players from other countries sometimes is great to earn faster money and buy better dominican prospects.

By the way, good luck with your trainees. I wish you get good players on your junior school :)

As I see only 4-5 managers active more... Suddenly teams will be disapeared. :(

If my junior school make a good player in defense I would taker and sell other player. Wolverine made an excellent junior past week but in market was RD$ 81 million and I just have one million. My priority is built my stadium.
