Creo que Noel tiene razón.Sin desprestigiar a ningun seleccionador,creo que el idioma ayuda mucho y mas en este caso en el que la comunicación es practicamente nula.

To everybody, coach U21 Republica Dominicana

I need to protest as a coach U21República Dominicana i want to get the best results as possible however this is not that easy as i dont have any new players. You dont have any junionrs in your teams, this results that i can olny communicate with the people outside your country. There is only one person who deserves my thanking, which is Yosephmadrid who has luck between his players. if it wasnt him there would be np new junior players. You all dont have any new players and if you do you are selling them really quickly. i have a player whic is from your country because i am thinking ahead about the next season. There are gonna be 9 important players who are going to leavethe first team. my question is what do YOU want to do about that to make sure that after this we are gonna get good results and we are going to improve the scores. The truth is that i dont understand Spanish as a language therefore the comunication between us is difficult. As the coach i want to have the personal decision. Also, next season i would like to stay as a coach, if you of course are not against it.

it would be great if each one of you would train one payer each, so after 2 years we would have a very good team :)

can anyone explain to me why there are so many teams are blocked?

Tengo que protestar como un coche U21República Dominicana quiero conseguir los mejores resultados tan posibles sin embargo esto no es que fácil como mí dont tiene cualquier nuevo jugador. Usted dont tiene cualquier junionrs en sus equipos, esto pasa esto puedo olny comunicarse con la gente fuera de su país. Hay sólo una persona que merece mi agradecimiento, que es Yosephmadrid que tiene la suerte entre sus jugadores.si wasnt él allí fuera nuevos juniores np. Usted todo dont tiene cualquier nuevo jugador y si usted le hace es la venta ellos realmente rápidamente. tengo un jugador whic es de su país porque preveo sobre la siguiente estación. Van a haber 9 jugadores importantes que van a leavethe primero combinan. mi pregunta es que hace USTED quiere hacer sobre que asegurarse que después de esto vamos a conseguir resultados buenos y vamos a mejorar montones.La verdad es que dont entiende el español como una lengua por lo tanto el comunication entre nosotros soy difícil. Como el coche quiero tener la decisión personal. También, después la estación me gustaría quedarme como un coche, si usted desde luego no está contra ello.

sería grande si cada uno de usted entrenara a un pagador cada uno, tan después de 2 años nosotros tendríamos un equipo muy bueno:)

¿puede alguien explicarme por qué hay tantos equipos son bloqueados?

solo entiendo que le agradece a yo por constar cons u apoyo con bueno jugadores

y que no entiende la lengua española y por lo tanto le es dificil comunicarce

y que en la proxima tenporada quiere aportar como coche (creo que es asistente) del equipo y aportar si es que (VIENE UNA DUDA) yo no estoy en contra de ello y es que si todos no estamos en contra de ellos mi duda es porque casualmente reponde a mi post

y que seria grabde si cada uno de los que seguimos a esta comunidad dominicana entrenamos a 1 juvenil en 2 años abria gran equipo

las causas de que equipos sea rechazados son.
que usan IP que ya esta usando algun equipo.
que los equipos sean creados fuera del pais.
que se sospeche trampa.

Dice que quiere hacer lo mejor posible con el equipo pero que hay muy pocos jugadores nuevos. Que casi no tenemos juveniles en nuestros equipos y que tiene que comunicarse con personas de otros paises. Dice que vendemos muy rapido los juveniles y felicita a yoseph por haber tenido tantos juveniles buenos. Tambien menciona que la siguiente temporada saldran 9 jugadores buenos y nos pregunta que pensamos hacer para obtener buenos resultados con la pobre plantilla que tendremos la siguiente temporada. Dice tambien que casi no entiende el español pero que le gustaria seguir siendo DT de la seleccion U21.

Piort, i understand your concerns but we can´t do that much, we only have a very few youth schools and as you know you don´t get a good youth player regulary, our buddy yoseph was lucky but at least me i wasn´t i´ve only had 3 good youth players, and the reason that i sell the others is because they don´t even worth the training, i prefer to train good players and don´t waste my money and time in a player that won´t meet the standars to get to de U21 NT. We´ll try to do our best but it won´t be as fast as we wish.

Piort, Entiendo tus preocupaciones pero no podemos hacer tanto, solo tenemos unas cuantas escuelas de juveniles y como sabras uno no obtiene un buen juvenil de forma regular, nuestro amigo Yoseph tuvo suerte pero al menos yo no, yo solo he tenido 3 juveniles buenos, y la razon por las que vendo a los otros es porque no vale la pena entrenarlos, prefiero entrenar buenos jugadores y no perder mi tiempo y dinero en entrenar juveniles que nisiquiera alcanzara los requerimientos para ser de la U21. Haremos lo mejor posible, pero no sera tan rapido como queremos.

la unica solucion es tener mas usuarios (que ya todos lo saben), el como conseguirlo es el problema xD

nadie dice que el seleccionador lo esté haciendo mal, ni mucho menos, lo que deciamos es que si fuese de habla hispana facilitaria mucho las cosas a los usuarios del país y estos participarian más en los foros y las dudas que el usuario del país tenga sobre la selección serian más faciles de resolver ya que no todo el mundo del país tiene xq entender inglés. y hacer un buen previo del partido como en su momento hacia javisobri con españa sub21 anima mucho el foro y participa la gente, una cosa que es claramente dificil si se hace en otro idioma y que prácticamente la comunicación seleccionador- usuarios es nula salvo porque depués pone el reporte del partido y comenta en 1 ó 2 líneas lo que pretende hacer en el siguiente partido.

thank you for reading what i wrote, without a doubt i am open for new ideas about the team U21. I try to cominitace more often. I try to write about my new startegies after each match and infrom you about my desicions.
if its possible please give me the results of the skills of each players.

I can try to write that in spanish using google transtaler if its understandable, just let me know if its better for you.

oigan muchacho estoy de acuerdo gue el se guede porgue para gue el ekipo sea bueno no es cosa de un año o dos es un trabajo a largo plazo y si hastamo cambiando de entrenador a cada momento el ekipo no progresara

tienes toda la razón, pero en selecciones nacionales absolutas un trabajo de varios años puede dar muy buenos frutos pero en selecciones U21 cuesta mucho y se de lo que hablo xq estuve con javisobri con España sub 21 y hay veces que al ser tan jovenes hay jugadores que no dan la talla, por sus niveles, por su forma y demás, y es muy importante la comunicación para poder hablar con los managers, a parte de que hay usuarios que no nos daban los niveles de sus jugadores q claro, están en todo su derecho, y otros que nos los daban y eran mentira los niveles, es una labor muy complicada ser seleccionador y más en un país con pocos usuarios y pocas canteras abiertas.

this is exacley what i was talking about, but this year there are going to be loads of interesting players which can come to your team bringing a lot of strength to your team. Keep the good work.

I trained very well LOLO BEAUCHAMP bringing the first in the national U21 and subsequently in the national team. In my opinion, giving a look at the players, you have to work a little more about the tactic, creating a more level playing very strong and has two wings. In Italy I know many coaches who could train your players because our nationals are always seen. I will try to stand for elections in the hope of bringing the national team at very very competitive. Of course the staff will try to integrate some of the players also in the Dominican Republic.
