Hi every one!


Who am I? and What is my motivation?

I'm coach_ernie, 18 years old. I have lots of experience in sokker, 9 seasons! I've been in the major league of my country, but the opponents were and still are very strong. Recently I've lost my qualification match, so I'm back in third. I had bad luck, nothing I could do about it. In the cup I've once reached the half final and twice the quarter final.
Now I'm looking for a challenge and I think that leading a National Team is the challenge I'm searching for. I want to start with a smaller country and with that country I want to surprise.

Crew

I would like to make a crew after the elections (if I have been elected of course) and I preffer people from this country.
People who are actif and who want to help the National Team, maybe to takeover my job after let say 2,3 seasons (if I have been elected of course).

Communication

First of all I want write before every match a little report about who I have selected, why I have selected them and a little bit information about our opponent.
Of course I will report every choise I make.

Tactics

I haven't got a tactic that I preffer, it all depends on the opponent. So I adjust the way the team plays to the tactic of the opponent.

small World Cup

I think this country should participate...anyway I would...

What do you think of the season of RD in the group C ?

I think you did good, certanly if you see the competition...6 points was good, 2 wins against Indonesia. I think that was the maximum, maybe a lucky draw against Österreich, but then you had to be very lucky...

some questions, what is your program with the NT?? Do you think we can do a good job in the eliminations?? and the last, Why do you choose DR??

What is your program with the NT??

First of all, I would update the NT-database and the requirements. Along with this I would like to know what the players are trained on.
Second of all, I would search for friendlies (U21 or senior), these friendlies would be arranged at the dates when we don't play in the mini world cup.
Third of all, every talented youthpulls must be followed and they should have the best training in order to get into the NT.

Do you think we can do a good job in the eliminations??

If you mean the WC : Isn't the team already eliminated from the WC? About the qualifications I think you had a very strong group and the 6 points was the maximum. Only with a lucky draw against Austria(österreich) more points would be gained, but I say again, then the NT must have all the luck in the world

If you mean the mini WC : The NT should participate no matter what and then I guess we'll have to see which other teams are in the group, then I could say where the team could end.

If you mean none above : please explain your question.

Why do you choose DR??

I haven't managed a NT yet, I want to start small and go up.
But the main reason that I have chosen for RD is that it's (compared to other countries) still a small country and it's growing.
I want to be part of that grow.
I guess I just searched another adventure, cause the time I spend there has become too short.
I just want to help and gain experience.
