WEEK 2 (2008-06-14)
New NT season
Senior World Cup – Qualifications

The rules which will exactly say how many teams will qualify from each group to the 1/8 finals will be done when I will know how many teams want to participate in this tournament. (so after the results of new elections, because new coaches should make this decisions).
There will be four-teams-groups (some could be three-teams if we can't make all with 4 teams). So the qualifying could be for example:
- best two teams from each group and 3 best teams from 3rd positions or
- best team from each group and 7 best teams from 2nd positions.
All depend on that how many groups we will have

I must tell you that there will be no problem when you will want to play in both Mini World Cup and U-21 World Cup. I will talk with the u-21 WC organizator and 4 best teams will qualify to the u-21 World Cup without playing in u-21 WC Qualifications as it was in the last season

if you have any questions please ask them in this topic on the special Mini World Cup forum

Good luck mate, it's gonna be 3 tough game, I think Venezuela is even the weakest of these 3 opponents, so you know what you have to do! ;-)
2008-02-26 22:55:57
I know :p but it's not easy:( we have only 14 users... and so less players..
2008-02-28 23:43:43
OO. I see them all quite tough for us. Nippon will need a lot of luck... :(

So , it was my first match.

Wenezuela has got better players , and played today with better players so we could wait for big luck only.

As i see players from Wenezuela we get good result but we won't play with Inoha and Shiota. Inoha will play in next match, Schiota maybe in next but with Turkey for 100% ;)

Hiraoka play good game too but if he have better speed we will score today. Venezuelian defenders were more better...

Please send me players with skills I will waiting;)

We haven't got any luck :(

fourth gol was so stupid (i will add it to youtube)

I think today we play good match.. but result were so high :( First Half was very good for Japan, the game was square and we lose only one goal (but we hadn't to;p). The second half was worse to us, why? Hmm our defenders haven't got stamina :(

I will talk with trainers about stamina training.. it's the most important skill in NT team match (i think)

Arai - man of the match;/ very good pass to Nakata and own goal.

NO luck:( We'll play with Hellas match for keeping honour.

I want shot minimum one goal in next match but Hellas is better than us too ;p
2008-03-08 17:53:34
If you want to score a goal, you better use more than one striker :)
Also, I think Yukio would be more useful as a side defender, his technique can cause a lot of trouble if he plays in the middle, and he has more chance to stop wingers than strikers, since his defending skill is not good enough to stop a technical striker atm as you can saw in this match :) I saw that Japan has quite a few defenders with high defending, they're more suitable to play in the middle even if they are slower.
2008-03-08 17:57:27
I know that win one striker I won't score many goals but i must play more defend with better opponents ;p
Japan have the worst group as we want :(

Today japan played better match than last with Venezula.. from match to match will be better;)
2008-03-08 20:08:48
brokus, sorry to say but only looking at the tactic for the match it seems like a lack of inspiration.playing with one striker and one winger won't bring any results.I saw too many spaces and no players to give passes.maybe Japan didn't have enough luck today, but the tactic looks not good enough:)
2008-03-08 20:20:10
How tactic look isn't important ;]

Tactic is good when i see match :]

Watch first half and you'll see that match was good.. i know that with one striker is hard to shout a goal but one more striker = one minus defender ;p

and only hiraoka has got so good skills to play with the best defenders ;] i will try other option in next match;)

But it isn't easy - play with stronger team and don't lose ;p
NT team matches (as i see) are diffrent than clubs matches;p
If you win in league 7-0 it's very well result and you're so happy but if you play with with NT team which is weaker than other 7-0 is normal result ;p

I know that i make mistakes (everybody makes;p) i will try to make less mistakes and play the best i can;p

First three matches with NT team are a matches where i haven't chance to win so i can only defend a front of goals ;p

but future will be better i think :]
Propably i will settle japanese translate (it's so hard but - for now it's secret;p) so will be (probably) more users and more players so better NT team ;) but now it's dream and my target :D
2008-03-08 20:38:24
let's make a list which we can atract new Japan users on sokker going in Japan forums and tell them about the game.we can make a good message and send them to users and put it on forums.it would help a lot.I made it some time when Japan was at the start I remember but I have not so much time now:)
how tactic looks can say you something about how players stayed in the match.I am going to look at the match I think, but not right now.I think that you should try to play more offensive, even if it's hard to defend well.:D
2008-03-08 20:42:02
I write on japanese forums about sokker but with any effect ..
2008-03-08 20:47:53
maybe if we would organize better if will have more effect.:D
2008-03-09 02:41:16
one more striker = one minus defender ;p

Not surely. You know, there's a tactic called 5-3-2 :) With the current team of Japan, I don't think that a winger can beneficial for example. An effective winger needs both high passing, technique and pace and I guess there's no such player in the squad right now (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't know the mids except Miyazawa)
