I sent to new users link about tactics, and tell them that if they have any questions i will help them.. Please ask hamrlik, i helped him when he was in J2-league and now he's got great players, he train them , One of them playing in u21 matches on strike and shoot goals, he's got junior school , trainers etc.
But some of users don't want to write with me or they don't speak english good , and then i'm helpless :(

Yes but most of them only registrate on sokker , look and they think "it's stupid" or something else, they don't want to play so the won't play :( We have now new user and i will try to translate sokker with him , we will try to make advertisements on japanese pages :]
