I'd like to announce my candidation for managing the Nippon U21 NT in the forthcoming season.

If you don't know me...
...I'm a 30y old and i'm italian,the best tactic's school in the world . My team is called US Massese and I'm loving with Sokker since 2006.

I'm ready to fight for the World Cup qualification but I can't promise that ....we'll go to the World Cup. We don't know the groups yet, but every team in the first two pots are probably better than us ..... Our chance is to become one of the two best 3-4rd ranked teams. My aim is to get the 3-4rd position without losing a point against the lower ranked teams. If we manage to steal a point or two from the better teams, we might stand a chance to qualify for the World Cup.

I already said what I can't promise, let's see what I can :)

I can promise that I will do my best to win as many matches as I can.It will be very important to discuss the tactical variations for every qualification-match,so I'll build a professional staff to study the new game-engine and change our tactics step by step.
I'm hoping that this community will be ready to partecipate in National Forum with me and my staff,so we could build a real group ready to fight in the next future.

THE STAFF

Obviously I can't do this work without a staff. So here whe come to the importance of the staff, I think U21 need a different staff and not the same of the NT, though NT and U21 are closely connected. The staff will count:
Assistent coach
Scout GK
Scout DEF
Scout MID
Scout ATT
It will be composed by users ask to be part of the staff, preferably users from Japan. It can be interesting to open a topic on the forum managed by a scout for every role (one topic for GK, one from DEF, etc), where the users can post interesting players from the youthschool, or young players in general, the scouts will suggest users the best way to train their players. Every manager who have interesting u21 players can quietly send his skills to the scouts, or to the coach.

MY ROLE

I don't wont to be the leader, because different managers will have the same important role. My role will be the menagement of the U21, and of the matches. I want to involve the community, because every win will not be mine, but it will be the result of the work and the collaboration between all the users of the community of Japan. I will study accurately other U21national teams, with the help of the assistent coach, and I will do the tactic, I don't prefer a tactic in particular, but it will be based on players whe have, our opponent and the new match engine. In general I like the role of the midfielders, and I think this role is very important with the new engine, so in general in my tactics there will be a particular attention at the movement of the mids.
