Subject: U-21 News

All friendlies which were arranged by coach before me will be played as planed.
Games can be seen on U-21 main page.

Still missing 13 players data.
So if you have U-21 player, PLEASE send his skills to me.

I'll try to collect also data from players, who have potential to play in U21.
So when you get good youth pull and decide to keep him, please send his data.
I can collect the data of youth pulls who are on transferlist.

I try to make 16 to 21y old Nippon players DB and keep it updated regulary.

Now I have all the data of the players and can choose
the best players for the Friday game.

Big thanks to the owners!

One problem there is, some of the best players have low stamina,
so can't use them whole game.
I have one wish for the owners, if by any change there is possibility
to train one week stamina, it would be good.
I know it might be difficult, but one can allways wish. :)

Less than hour and my first game as U-21 coach starts.
I never been so nervous in my hole Sokker time.

You might see some suprise choices on the field,
but I'm sure the players do their job and bring Nippon a win.

Well it's 00.30 here in Japan and the game still has not started.
After 4 hours waite, it's time to go to bed.

Result of the first game, 3-3, is disappointing.
This is not what I expected.
My defence tactics was not good.

Appropriate critics is welcome.

In next game, I must do better.

I'm sure you put in the past (against me for example) better your defence players.
and i also played without wing. You need a really good player to do that kind of tactic.

Anyway sure you can do better next time!

Yes, I must do better.

After watching the game again, I still think we should have won.
We had much more goal scoreing opportuneties.
Mirs put ball into the goal with high %, plus of course got penalty.

Today we play aginst Hayastan.

I hope I have learned from the previous games mistakes and now get first win.

I also get little help from Sokker gods, Hayastan has 3 strikers injured, 2 of them out of this game and the 3rd is injured but can play.

Your team are playing in a very good teamwork, I think you're in the wright way. May be ordering your side backs to take part in the attack when balls are in his side you'll improve your ball possession in the midfield. :)

This time our attack was too poor against opponents defence.

I still have some work to do.

Next Österreich.
Their players total value is 4 157 520 000 ¥.
Nippon's 1 449 120 000 ¥.
So looking at those numbers, there is only one favourite to win this match, Österreich.

Those 3 injuries we have in the team doesen't help at all.

I'll do my best to keep the numbers decent.

I don't know if my tactics are only thing to blame for such a poor performance.
We loose every one on one situations........

don't care so much. You are there to learn and understand how to become better match by match...
I think it's really good experience.
Think to do your best and try many kind of tactics. Try to play with 4 or 5 defence, try to keep your defence high or low, try every solution and sure your experience become also good for other japanese user.
Write everything on forum what you think about matches, that it's your really duty i'm sure other japanese users can learn even from your mistakes.

Japanese sokker have to become stronger and also NT will become.

Tonight we play against Ísland.
It's friendly so I'll try few things and two rookies will get their first U-21 game.
Specially for the new keeper, I have great expectations in the future.

Win is what we seek, but let's see what we get.

We got our first win, even it was just a friendly, but win is a win.
Bad news is, the future u-21 keeper got 30 days injury.

I'm really sorry :-S
