Nippon has been drawn to group I.

My goal is, if re-elected to finnish 3rd, which is not easy.
First game is against Uruguay, with whom we fight for that 3rd place.

So today it starts and we have the worst possible opponent against us, Uruguay.
I talked with few people about my goal, 3rd place and they told it's almost impossible.
Uruguay is so much better/bigger country.
Well that might be so, but I don't give up yet.
Uruguay has new coach, so it's difficult to get any info about the way he plays.
It doesen't help, that I don't have the plus thing, so I can't watch his teams league games.
So hope my tactics doesn't go totally wrong. It's based on last few games of Uruguay, made by old coach.
Atleast my expectations are higher than fans. :)

What can I say...our defence and keeper did super job on first half, plus we had the luck on our side this time.
Nippon was clearly underdogs on first half, but second was not so bad.
Thanks to our better stamina.
All in all, I coulden't ask for a better start for the WC.

As I wrote, they are big favourites to win this match.
Even our fans know that.
This one will be harder than Uruguay match.
Slovensko manager has more experience in U-21's, so
we can expect tricky tactics.
We do our best to get something from this match, but it's hard.
Hope the luck continues to stay with us.

small loose wouldn't be so bad.

It means I can't watch it live. :(

The goal difference could be important at the end,

In that game I maybe use players who aren't in
starting 11 in WC to avoid injuries.
