Hey there. My name is midyat. I'm a candidate from Turkey. My purpose is to be a manager of u21 japan team two seasons . In first season, I am going to pull team together and, at the end of the second season I am going to make japan u21 team get in first 20 team in world rankings. I got Belgium U21 on the 20th ranking position, with a lot of users, a lot of young talents.I dont think so Nippon will be soon better than Belgium: is a big difference, here are just 18 users and a half of it does'nt have young schools or young players into their squad.You know...
But is still better for U21 managers to get better rankings:he does'nt have to play match by match against 3x18 strikers or 2x 18 defs, like me at big NT:)

I haven't told about a quick progress about rating. It will take a little time for this. There is not a big difference between japan and belgium which is twentieth team. Thanks.
