As Nippon NT manager, because is so important to we have good future players, i wanna ask you something.
So,my oppinion about Nippon U21 managers:
If an U21 manager dont could be a mentor too, to recommend training modes for efficiently training of young nippon talents, we newer will have a good NT.
The job for a good NT gona get started with a good U21.
So, is very important to we have a really good U21 manager with experience on young talents training and using it in his better position.If you will be U21 manager, you should work together with young nippon players holders, to train him most efficiently possible.The future of Nippon national team depends on U21.
Now, my question for you:How many experience on young talents training you have, if into your squad(your club) i finded just

two

U21 players?
Because the old players are others than young players.

My question for you is: Do you know or accompanies the Games U21 to consider itself capable of commanding the Young ???

Now I'm part of the group of Guatemala U21 team, that's part of my experience. If you can see I'm relative new in the game and I'm starting to training GK that's why You can see only two U21 players that are 2 GK

As I answer to the other question I work with U21 staff, and I would like to be a little bit free or "libre" in that case that's why I want to be U21 Nippon Coach
