Hi, nippon users!
After a difficult season, when we played a lot of strong matches, with some of really good NT-s, i know our real potential, i know our better players, even if more valued players does'nt have managers, so i was impossible to update him for NT and to know his real skills.I know him, because i works with them, i played with them, i used them with more tactics.
My project was beginned with no access on NT database, i makes my first two teams here just seeing our player marks and forms, it was very difficult.Then, helped by my scout, István92, we makes an update for all players who have a team, so we makes an important step forward, to see our better players.
I meeted a lot of problems:injuries and form decreasing, strikers without high skills,GK-s dont trained well and players who is so importants for his clubs, than he is not updated frequently to not use him on NT.
I find here a litle sokker nation, with just 13 users, without too much progress possibility.But that users likes his NT, want to be stronger than ever and one of them voted me to try my work to increase not just Nippon NT, but whole Nippon sokker on fue seasons.
How can we be better?With better tactics, with good and serious working together(i and whole NT player holders), with good opponents, better than us, who really can show me our tactical and individual(player's) faults, to fix them all, for better playing and results.
I ever try-it to see what is important for clubs to:i never used injuried players, because we has friendlies, not official games.
I know, we could-it be better, with better results on our matches, i makes some mistakes, but we has some really big matches and results, who makes me believe into my future NT project here.
Now we does'nt have to much time for new experiments, but we could prepare our qualifier season with a great advantage to we got prepared on strong matches, not like most of others.
My club has repromoved now after a good season into third league of Romania, so, if i have good players, i could make big results for it.I does'nt like some player holders, who does'nt want to make tech trainings to our strikers but i trust on a new generation of strikers, like Masafumi Araiba or Shunji Akamine, who is trained well and i will help him to we have really good and trained young strikers here, and results as well.
So, i am ready to continue last season's work, trying to get some big points into our WC qualifier campaigne, even we meet there good teams and to prepare a new NT, more younger here, to be better on the future.
Is not for a season, but is very important, if we really want to make a good NT here.
I trust on you, i trust on Nippon sokker community.We are all together, for better of this country into this game.
Our sun is just beginning to rease-up, just take some time and we will go better, from a season to another!

Looking at new qualifier group of Nippon:
We have a good chance here to make points.First with Prathet Thai(6 points for sure), but even with Cymru, or Bolivia to(couple of points).
With Argentina and Chile we have no chances, but we dont know the future:)
I hope to be a good season, wish good luck to next NT manager if i dont will decide to turn me back here:)

I took a quick look at Bolivia and Cymru teams and I agree with you, I also believe Nippon can earn some points against them.
Chile and Bolivia it's going to be very difficult to earn points. But Chile makes about 3-4 points more in average grades, and Bolivia makes 4-5 points higher. It's not so easy but Japan, can earns points in these games.
Looking on list of Japan NT candidates, i decided to come back here, even Peitao have a litle advantage, of a single vote.
Maybe some nippon users appreciated my project first phasis and give me the chance to continue making a really good NT .

It's time for a new season and a new manager NT.I wanna tanks to nippon users all his trust on me last season, i try-it to be more strong, than i can, i makes matches just with hard opponents, so i understand your frustration now.
I will remain a Nippon NT supporter on the future and now i will offer you a last match, a last difficult match against Hungary, to watch for all nippon users and specially to candidates with real winning chance:rafa25 and Peitao.
I promise to winner, that i dont will change anything in our squad, all high valued players will be there at the end of this day, because i wanna help Nippon NT.
I just will delete my tactics, any managers have other vision of playing, other system and are able to make good tactics.
