she\he has no experinecie he will crash Nippon at start :( bad ...
he is a very good manager...but for start maybe is better a more experienced manager, who can help Nippon to have good result and a good start.
how you know he is good? only 1 season, he plays only 1 mounth, its very bad chose, for future - yes, he can prove Nippon to glory, but not now, not yet, he has only buy plus and create his vision. only...
