I`m a brazilian guy and i`m in my third season here in Sokker.
I have a good knowledge about the game (my team won the 3 championships disputed and i already reached the 7th phase of Brazilian Cup) and so, i think that i can help you in your first season.

1 - What is your name, age and where are you from?
Wellington, 22 e Ribeirão Preto - Brasil.
2 - How long have you been playing sokker and how did you start to play?
I`m in my fourth season and i knew the game looking for managers online.
3 - Do you really think you`re able to train our NT, how are you going to help Nippon users improve the quality of our players?
I really think. I help the actual brazilian coach to look for potencials players and i pretend do the same here. He said that would help me too. I can help the Nippon users to manage your trainees and your trainning.
4 - How much daily time are you going to dedicate to sokker?
Around 8 hours by day.
5 - Do you plan to do things alone or plan to count on a team? Who would participate on this team and why?
I`ll use a team. I have some names in Brazil to help me (like the actual NT coach) and i can use too some Nippon users who want help me.
Tatical questions:
1 - What are the skills for a defender and what is the importance of playmaking+passing to this kind of player?
Defenders: They need defense, pace, playmaking, passing and technique.
(stamima is needed to all players, course...).
Playmaking is like the "intelligence", quickness and the game`s vision. Passing is needed to defenders don`t kick the ball to any side. With passing, defenders can begin a counter-attack.
2 - What are your favorite tatics?
3-5-2 - Offensive
4-4-2 - a bit more offensive.
3 - What do you think a defense midfield needs? For you, tatically speaking, what is the importance of having a defense midfield? In which tatics a defensive midifield is more needed?
A complete defensive midfielder needs: playmaking, pace, passing, technique and defense.
I like to use def midfielders and i think that they are always needed, at least, one of them.
4 - Would you use different tatics like 5-2-3 or 5-5-0? If no, why? If yes, why and in which cases?
I don`t like this tactics, but i believe that against stronger NT`s, we can use it t reduce the score.
