About me:
Hi guys, Japanese community and electors. I'm Rufr, I come from Czech republic and I'd like to become a new manager of your U21 national team.
I've been playing sokker since 2011 so I think I'm enough experienced manager now. :-D I have already been an U21 coach of two countries so far as well - I spent 2 seasons with Uzbekistan and 1 season with Cyprus.
Then I lost interest in playing sokker, but I was still logging in just not to lose my team. I still believed I'd start playing once again and it happened.
Now I'm full of enthusiasm and I trust I can help Japan U21 national team as its experienced coach.
Something about tactics:
The formation will be of course depend on the quality of our opponents. When we will meet some weaker rival, I promise you I will prepare some "heavy metal football" - as Jürgen Klopp says.. :D (it means we will do everything possible to attack and to be active and better team than opponent).
I hope to get your trust. If I got it, vote for me here.
Regards

week 01: Nippon 1:7 Ecuador
- First match of the season without any big preparation. I used old tactic, but it was interesting game with plenty of shots on both sides. The result was a bit cruel, but I probably couldn't expect something better against such a strong opponent.
week 02: Nippon 2:2 Shqipëria
- Not the best result really, I expected victory today. Now I'm sure our biggest problem is in goal, we just don't have any goalkeeper, that is good enough. Maybe it was the reason, why our opponents were shooting from distance so many times.
week 03: as-Saʻūdiyya 0:2 Nippon
- First victory after some minor changes in the tactic. It worked really brilliantly as as-Saʻūdiyya had no chance.
week 04: Singapore 1:5 Nippon
- What a play of our U21 against Singapore! Huge 5:1 victory, which is Nippon's biggest victory since demolition of South Korea on 20th May 2016!
Only shame is we conceded goal from an only shot by Singapore's striker from about 30 meters :/
week 05: Nippon 2:1 Shqipëria
- Well, another victory, but what a sad victory... Our best striker got injured at 11th minute and the rest of the match was played by our 2nd goalkeeper. And what's even worse? Kurosawa won't play next 21 days...
week 06: Nippon 2:0 as-Saʻūdiyya
- What a winning streak we are having! Five games unbeaten with 4 victories in a row! Although we were missing our best striker Huromi Kurosawa, we won without any problem thanks to 2 Wakamatsu's goals. Another great information is that Kurosawa should be ready for the next match as a slightly injured player.
week 07: Nippon 7:0 Singapore
- Incredible match, everything we tried came off! Even better than above mentioned result against Daehan Minguk. Toshio Ono and Atsushi Wakamatsu scored 3 and Murai Kitani got his first NT goal.
week 08: Kypros 2:3 Nippon
- I knew it had to come one day and it happened. We met strong team coached by great manager. Our opponent was definitely better than we so I have to say, Kypros won deservedly.
week 09: Nippon 1:0 Kenya
- Very difficult game. Kenya is ranked higher than us by far. However, our tactic worked well and we got the only goal of the match thanks to Kurosawa who scored his first goal for the national team after his injury.
week 10: U20 Asian CUP - group stage: U.A.E. 1:2 Nippon
- Very important victory in the first match of the group stage. I would also say it was unexpected one. However, we were better in this match and it seems really promising with promotion from this group into the play-offs!
week 11: U20 Asian CUP - group stage: Pilipinas 1:2 Nippon
- Magnificent result! Both teams had avg mark 39,3 - but look at the stats... Shots: 0:20 ... and mainly huge victory which send us into the play-offs for sure!
week 12: U20 Asian CUP - group stage: Nippon 3:0 Zhōngguó
- The last match of the group stage should have been played against Zhōngguó but it didn't happened because its manager didn't accept my invitation to the match. We didn't play any alternative friendly either..... But we won the group with 9 pts - at least. :D
week 13: Asian Cup 1/8 final
week 14: Pratet Thai (not confirmed)
week 15: Misr
week 00: Jamaica
