Subject: [U21]DeNaa

Hallo all,
I write this post in order to make official my apply on Nippon U21 NT coach.
I'm Denis, 19 years old from Europe(Bosnia and Herzegovina), i'm playing sokker since 2011 in strong bosnian league(now 3. but fighting for 2 division).

In my staff will work also some Bosnian famous sokker players...
I have created some statistics for all aspect's of the game.
I hope to give some good work for upgrading U21 National team to the next level.
I will also buy some young Japanesse talent's and put them in my team's "training program" for national team.

Hi there mate,

Look at Nippon's U21 and tell us, if you think it is possible to improve U21 NT to the next level. I really don't want to say it was impossible to do better job than me. But look at the squad..:D There are not a lot of Nippon players as well, so you can not have many possibilities who to train :D

But still, good luck ;)

With respect to you and your work,i think that with diffrent tactics and formations can give a better results...
But i agree that with this squad chances are very low.Becouse of that i would like to buy some young Nippon players to my club,and some other Bosnian club's (better training and coaches).

It is not that easy. These players are often too bad to be bought by good coaches. I tried to find keeper's coach but nobody wanted so weak keepers like we have. Than it is difficult to work with very good (9) keeper on this level :D
I think Nippon never won more matches like this season, so the tactic won't be the biggest problem. Yeah, I could do more. But this one worked well so I didn't find it important to make new ones :D

I never said that is easy.I have my vision to improve it,now is election time so we will see.
Whoever is new/old coach good luck to me/him and Nippon :D :D
