Hi,

Let's go to hope and contribute to grow NT Nippon Sokker Team. I'm Stephane, 48yo, french, married to my wonderful wife, Naoko (japanese). We've got 2 lovely teens (16yo and 14yo). We live in France but come to Japan to see family and friends as often as possible (COVID did not help last years).

Indeed, a small country in term of users is hard to manage and hard to maintain motivation for native managers. I already was NT manager of Luxemburg... Even harder because of having only 3 managers but 2 of them were very active to promote nice and even strong youngsters to sell or to train.
