そんなメモが一週間にかきます。日本語も英語もかきます。初めて英語に書きます、次は日本語に書きます。翻訳がちょっと時間がかかる、ごめなさい。
I'll be writing this kind of message once per week. I'll start with English version and then proceed with Japanese translation (it may take some time)

日本語の訳

初めまして。
今はコーチの案内に２票を受けた、だから準備を始めています。初めて、その票を受けた、誠にありがとうございました。私は頑張っています。

こんごのコーチ（pmh）が27日3月までに日本のチームの監督が終わります。お疲れ様です。ｐｍｈに話したら、指導を受けています。月曜日から（28日3月）NT パネルを覚えましてほしい。でも準備をしたら時に、外の データベース を読んでいますとかTLに代表を探していますとか一から頑張って！

MWC　（小さいワールドカップ）に申し込んで。それがプレイヤー構成の大会。予選を負けたチームがこの大会に加わる。日本は最下位の籤(?? 有効言葉がわからない、ごめなさい）にいます。その抽選が不幸。。。日本がかく籤の最高のチームに対して。

日本のグループ：
ー　ロシア　（３７位）‐　LowPing、四回ロシアのコーチに選んでいます、たくさんNTの経験います
―　デンマーク　（４２位）‐　StefNihon、日本のチームを担当していました、ゲームの物知りだ　：D
―　アイスランド　（４６位）‐　今Maskaは投票を勝ちます。多分コーチを任命します。同じのレベルにします、だから平等のゲームと思っています。

四月一日ではじめにゲームをします。それが福と思います。高卒が入社になります、私はも事始めをします。日本の適がまだ決めません。

English version:

With 2 votes I feel pretty confident that I'll win NT coach election, so I'll start my preparation work. But first, I would like to thank You very much for those two votes I already have and faith You put on me. I'll do my best to lead Japan into best results :)
Starting from 27th March new coach will replace current one, pmh. Thank you for your hard work! I spoke with pmh and I'll receive guidance from him in first week when it comes to National Team stuff. Starting from Monday I'll focus on learning how NT system/panel works. Before that I'll search some external databases for players/skills and will keep track on Transfer List for any Japanese players that will work well in senior Team, but U-21 team as well.

I also decided to participate in Mini World Cup tournament. This is a user organized tournament where National Teams that not qualified to World Cup can play against each others. We ended up in 4th pot and our group is .... unlucky I guess :( We will face teams with highest ranking from each pot:

Group 3 :
- Rossiya (37) - LowPing, 4th season in Russia, experienced trainer on NT level
- Danmark (42) - StefNihon, previous coach of Nippon, very experienced trainer
- Ísland (46) - in current situation seems like Maska will take this position. He is at the same league level as me, so I would expect good match :)
- Nippon (83) - last but not least

First match will take place 1st April, so I'll treat it as a sign. New month, new financial year, fresh graduates joining their first company and (hopefully) me playing first NT match as a coach :) I'm still waiting for confirmation who will be our first opponent.

日本語の訳

準々決勝の一次予選が決めました。はじめに日本がアイスランドに対して。新しい国のコーチに任命しますプレイヤーが福の抽選でした。
ちょっとDBを見ました。結論はGKが他のより一番です。三人が最高のレベル、だから形（もう一度適当のことばが知らない　ー＿ー）が減って代役がいます。

So we know the schedule of MWC. Our first opponent will be Iceland. Match between two new NT coaches sounds like a best start.
I briefly checked DB and found out that our best position is GK. We have 3 world class keepers, so we should be able to rotate them in case of form drops.

明日は私の日本の監督一番試合。ソワソワです。ちょっとまだ作った戦術（もう一度言葉が知らないー＿ー）を見直した。このマーチの前日本の代表が：
―　被害者が二人います
ー　吊り下げた人が二人います
―　低いの調子が七人です。
だからたくさん代役を任命します（Kajiyama とか　Kina　とか）。

ポーランドの朝時にプレイヤーの調子が構成します、だから最終的なチームはまだ決まっていません。

日本　1：1　アイスランド

びっくりした！試合の前半が素晴らしい、Fujitaがとても広い動きました外囲でした。でも試合の後半がずれちゃった．。。ディフェンダーたちは深すぎるに配置されました。勝ちが思っていました：D

来週はデンマークに対して試合します。戦術がちょっと見直します、頑張って続けています。

2週間前はちょっと忙しい。ポーランドは練習あります。連絡しませんでした、ほんとにごめなさい。

デンマーク　３：０　日本
デンマークの試合は不幸でした。プレイヤーの代役をしました、Teradaが被害しまった。。。その試合の後、作戦が変わった。5－2－1－2より５－３－１－１を始めてと思います。日本が強さが警備、だからもっと慎重の作戦を作った。。。

日本　２：７　ロシア
やばい！　15分までにその試合はいいでした。でも災いお凍った。するとTashiroが失格しまった。ロシアの フォワード が広くて開けた空きを見つけた、たくさんゴールしました。

今週日本はボリビアに対する。もう一度５－３－１－１を試すと思います。でも改正しました。警備のプレイヤーが最もMIDプレイヤーに動きます。すなわち、ボリビアが狭い作戦を作った。

先週の試合は素晴らしい！
日本　４：５　（90分３：３）　ボリビア

とんでもない！日本の代表は前半で完璧やつだ　＾＾　もう一度ディフェンダーの配置が下手ぴ。ロシアの試合よりボリビアの試合がいいですね。私のチームの試合に改正な作戦はやってみた、嬉しかったです。　：）

明日の敵はインド、ボリビア同様のレベルチームいます。Atilla（インド監督）がしきりに５－２－１－２が作っています。でもウィンガーの位置が毎試合が変わった。日本のDEFプレイヤーの位置がしきりに変っています。KobariとKajiyamaがインドのウィンガー防ぎます。

Thank You for Your kind words :) This season is perfect for making some connections between coaches of NT prospects and asking them about training plan for next season WCQ :) Current U21 team members are also under my radar, I even bought one of them, but he will be NT ready in around 2-3 seasons.

This time message only in English, I broke my setup and struggle with reinstalling Japanese IME on arch ....

Long time no hearing! I was a little bitt occupied with IRL stuff (work related). Let's go back to summaries :)

Nippon 1 - 2 India

Close match. I used 5-3-2 (with winger). Problem was, that our winger was playing since 21 minute with injury :( In long run that was a reason why Kurihara was not receiving many passes.

Nippon 1-2 Slovenia

Similar to match with India, however both teams have higher avg marks than previous week. We will be facing them once again, so I'll expect different result that time :)

Nippon 1-3 Russia

Second match again Russia. First one ended with result 2-7 (after red card of our defender). This time we played at even. I started too feel to comfortable with this tactic, since used it again against same team....

Nippon 1-5 Island

And it was double-edged sword... After draw in first match, Island coach erased our winger on a field and utilized errors in my tactic. Bucket of cold water after all those close matches. But it was necessary thing

Nippon 5-1 South Africa

Decided to change tactics. First half we played with 5-2-1(winger)-2. I am not happy with this tactic, but we ended up with 1-1 result using this tactics. Then I tried tactic used by U21 coach 5-2-3 :) And boy oh boy, that was lovely :) During second half we shoot 4 goals! Also one of Our debutants ([pid=37414993][/pid]) shoot his first goal in NT team!

This week we are playing against Sakartvelo. I watched his last two matches and I have brief idea how to modify tactics against them :)

About next season I still cannot decide if I'll candidate as an NT coach. Starting from 1st June I'm starting new work project and I am not sure how much of my involvement will be necessary. Also I'm aiming to pass JLPT exam this winter, so I may focus more into learning rather than games. Yet outputting some messages here and there may be a good practice :)

Hi :)

I would say both. I may be too old to get a full time job there, yet it is worth a try. Better to learn something than waste time ;)

よし！効果不効果勝っていました　：）ジョージア (国)のウィンガーが塞ぎっていました、Teradaが最高のプレイヤー。正確度は未満、試合の中でちょっと心配した。来週の相手はもう一度どスロベニア。今回目家じゃない！
