I'll write this message in English, since I know both of You, who are eligible to vote in elections, prefer it ;)
My name is Lukasz and I'm from Poland. Nice to meet You all! In last three seasons I received an opportunity to be Japan NT coach, for which I'm grateful. While Japanese community changed across those 3 seasons, I still believe that there is an opportunity to grow for all of us. Upcoming season will be a World Cup Qualifiers season. Ain't gonna lie with stuff like "I can make Japan advance from first or second place", 4th place that Japan took in last WCQ was a huge success (and lot of luck in some matches).
My goal for this WCQ is to get as close as possible to that result, that is 4th place and/or 11 points.

Al Maghrib - Nippon 0:4
Before match expectation: We need to win this match with at least 2 goals difference
First half impression: Slightly modified regular 5-3-2 worked relatively well here. We scored nice goal after pass from our strikers :) But the longer the first half went I was more scared about possible result. Morocco had their chances and ingame engine like such underdog situations.
Second half impression: 3 scored goals and my mistake. I used wrong second tactic in match :< After first goal I was confident about final result. Second tactics was a mistake from early stages of my NT experience and I know it ain't gonna work for this team.
Overall I'm happy with this result. Also after match I checked that Morocco GK played with slight injury, which was strange...

Before match expectation: I was expecting a draw here
First half impression: Actually watched it live. Australia played their game and after scoring second goal I was pretty sure they will win this match.
Second half impression: TBH I didn't watched it yet. Was confident in Australia victory here
Will need to prepare well for matches against those two opponents and we will be able to get some points :)

Not watched this match yet. I was expecting Belgie as a World Champion to win this match, but this time ingame engine was on snnikolov36 side.

First half impression: Only 2 chances for Ceska team for whole half. Inmatch animation we had a one chance, but Naruoka was cleared before shooting (maybe if we had Kurihara available for this match it would be a goal, who knows). I was a promising half for our team.

Second half impression:
First goal was lost, due to some kind of misscommunication between players. In animation it seems like Ishimaru would go, take a ball and return to his position, yet he remained between posts...
Second goal was what I was expecting after we lost first one and I made a subs in defence. 2 minutes after subs, Ceska team scored a well deserved goal.
After that our tactics started to fall apart and in 86 minute we lost third goal after long lob directly onto their forward.

I'm more than happy with this result. I was expecting at least 5 goals difference result. Especially that if we compare our avg player rank with Ceska team (65.7 vs 81.9).

Same as in match against Ceska, 3:0 is great result. Especially that Belgie team had 21 chances to score a goal. Stats looked slightly better comparing to match against Ceska.

Last WCQ we faced Mexico - we had a 0:0 and 1:2 lose against same coach. Overall stats are against us: 1 draw and 5 loses.
Before match expectation: I would like to get a draw here. It'll make our group table more interesting :D

First half impression: This is why I decided to use Kurihara in matches against Mexico. Our best striker and most importantly in form :) Quick score on our side and we are rolling :) Then 10 minutes later Mexico scored an equalizer.
Then we had a long and unfortunately boring part of this half, where nothing was happening.

Second half impression: I set 3 different tactics orders, depending on result. Only one triggered in 75th minute we went to full def. Was it a good idea? After watching match I would say it was a safe choice. We had more chances in second half than Mexico so it may have been a goal for us. At 83th minutes when their winger got injured I started to worry that it will be a downfall for Nippon, yet this time game engine was on our side.

This time we didn't had too many chances and our opponents had way more. After their striker injury I thought we will lose it, but thankfully for us game engine was with us. Overall we ends up on 4th place midway our group

No updates on my side for a long time, so here is a quick catchup
We finished our group once again on 4th place, which I believe is a good result. Especially that we were close to secure 3rd place (goal difference against Mexico was a deciding factor). Overall I'm happy with this run. We ended up getting 4 wins (2x Al Maghrib, 1x Australia, 1xMexico), 2 draws (1xMexico, 1x Australia) and lose 4 times (2x Belgie, 2x Ceska - fun fact all those matches ended with 3:0 result)
We will play 2 more friendly matches and then new coach will take this NT. I need to step down from NT coach role, due to real life obligations.
Overall I'm quite happy with what I was able to accomplish with this NT. When I was taking it up it ranking points were at ~500 points level, now we are ~1000, with NT rank going from ~80th place up to ~70th place.
Thank You all who helped with this NT, provided and trained their players and were running their Youth Schools. I also know that most of those people can no longer see this message, but I feel obligated to thanks them. Without their time and ingame money such results would not be possible. I wish this NT all the best in future World Cup Qualifications and other tournaments :)

I really thank you for your great job done even if i am new here. I would have preferred that you stay as NT coach for a long long time but real life has no comparison. I hope that we will find a good coach as you.

Tomorrow is my last match as a coach. Last week I lost heavily against Honduras, where I way playing with different type of tactics.
Tomorrow we play against al-Jazā’ir. I'll apply some small changes into tactics and test it out.

I would say lucky finish for me. Al-Jazair was way better team in today's match. Sadly our depth In middle field is shallow and low form/injuries required us to use players like Ishiju and Moriwaki:(
