こんにちは！
I am a candidate for the head coach position of the Nippon U-21 national team at next season.I want to have a good season with the young nipponese players.
I spent a long time in Azerbaijan training and working with young players.Organised some users to motivate for youth academies.
We achieved great success at Azerbaijan NT and U-21 at this years. I am proud of the many players I have trained and that I worked on.
After a period of rest, I am ready to resume active work.
My personal characteristic traits: good communication, tolerance and respectful, strategic and tactical analysis,hard work and perfectionism.
I trust myself.I love Nippon so much.Why shouldn't we be together? :D

We got another amazing score against Daehan Minguk.At first game we already won but had more better options to increase score in our favor.
I am trying to choose our opponents to equal or closest ones to us.My goal, although difficult, is to move the team to a higher pot for next season's draw.
Totally played 7 matches. 6 won and 1 unlucky lost against Latvija U-21.We controlled game tempo already at Latvija game as well. Had better chances but we got unlucky goal in our side. We will play with Latvija U-21 again at week 10.

Day-by-day we are improving our gameplay too. With your academy support fixed GK problem at U-21. Big weakness for our squad mostly are defensive midfielders. Have not any choice.
I am playing with Sosuke Kaji and Yasunobu Ohashi but both of their defanse so weak on center. Need to take ball on center for organised counter-attacks.
Fumitake Kawai from your academy look like most fit player what we need it but his skills so average.
Tetsui Funatani need pace and playmaker.Have some more average alternatives. Still our most weak side i can say definately defansive-midfielders.We have good enough defansive line and forward players. They are carrying us to glory at moment.

After Ireland we got our revenge from Latvija with 4:0 score. At this season biggest problem still midfielders. Without midfielder players we got so good results.

We had 5-6 100% goal positions and never scored. Sometimes game engine really making this type of tragic matches. We still got to win. I had nothing to do more about this match.

Finally we achieved our target at last week of this season. We got 4th drawing pot for World Cup eleminations.

Good luck to you at World Cup qualifiers group. I am proud to reach my personal goal to reach U-21 Nippon to first 64 place in 1 season. Last game match score will not effect drawings. Because at same day drawings will pick up. U-21 Nippon will get perfect advantage at qualifiers. Will be 2 or 3 more close or weak opponents. Will have chance to be at 3rd or 4rd place on group at this time.
