Subject: Features: what's important?

I don't play so long to sokker, this is my first season. But soccer is my life. I follow everything about this game.

I saw many talking about features of players. Ok, there are base feacture as attack, defense, but afterthat i think every features is important for every roles and there isn't a classification. I try to explain better.

For example if you have a really good fowards who are also really strong in defence but not so fast, it think can be also good attack players using a really offensive pressing tactic. That because you can get ball easier from your attack and they are already near the opposite goalkeeper (so maybe you don't need so fast players). you can change your tactics in the best way for your players.

If you have instead a player that is really fast a great technical, but bad pass, it's enough that you use his feacture in the best way: as counterattack.

That mean that feactures are important associate what kind of tactic you want to use. So in my opinion there isn't a general classification of features's roles.

(this is just to start a discussion about that! opinion opinion! also about tactics!)

I didn´t want to write here cause i wanted to let chance to another :)
But of course,in different tactics you can use different players.For example i have no good midfielders(they have no passing but great technique) so i use them as central midfielders - u can see in my tactic window.Attackers with high defending are very useful... My best striker has solid defending and is very hard to steal him the ball.I think each player could be very useful if you make good tactic :)

As you told of course it's true and as soon as possible i try to see a your match!
My tactic now it's a little more defence. I have to get more good player (above all with pass skill) to create some more offensive tactic!

Maybe you played against too strong team. Anyway i saw your tactic. Really aggressive with defence player real near to midfielders.
I think there was some problems in the middle part as you had alway only two player against 3 of opposite team.

I don't know if sokker's tactic let to create a really short formation that can move in all field all together. In future I'll try too as AC MILAN of Arrigo Sacchi ;-)

yes its possible but you need very fast players with high stamina ;)
My opponent was very strong and i tried new tactic with wingers :) as i said,i have no players to play as winger and the result is clear... I always play offensive especially against strong team... i don´t like defensive system :)

If there is good balance without go too foward i think it can do. But the problem, i think, it's tactic of Sokker that doesn't do ecxalty what you want. Just because the tactic it's no divided in two part: when you have the ball and when you don't have it.
So it's difficult to create double tactics (to defence and to attack) that it's the problem.
In some old pc's game you could created double tactics and that was really fantastic!

hmm thats true,I also don´t like it,but sokker is for me still number one :) I always try to create tactic which would be good on attack but sure in defence.Its really hard and is everyday work :) you can catch the problem after each match and make new tactics if it doesn´t work...
5 slots for tactic aren´t much enough in my opinion...

In the other game there isn't a system of tactic like sokker, but also it can become better!

Yes 5 tactic is really a little bit.
there was also beautiful if wuold be possible to change tactics in the match!
