experience its good, old request about it, rest is new and we will see how it check ...
they are advantages and disavantajes.. I think is a bad think that the players who are poor at this skill don't respect your tactic...but is nice because you are motivated to buy some older players too...and their prices will grow, and you will not coach a player 3 seasons and after that his value will be not very good...we'll see:D
that's true!
Anyway i'm happy when game become more interesting

yes...that's a good thing..I hope the new skill will bring something good in the game.
I don't see it good. As it seems, if you have low values, your players only will play BAD. A pro footbal player is expected to have larned how to follow a tactic and play in his place when he was a young apprentice.
Should these changes add something (I mean, players to play better, or look for better positions) I would like them, but it seems this is not the case.
Anyway, I think them only benefit older teams with players not older, but who has played more matches beacuse having started in older teams (= more advantages to teams with more time in Sokker).
Experience: bad. As I have been told, it seems a intent to make the game more Hattrick-like (I dont know HT, but some people who plays and have told me). Experience is ok for me as it was now: more plays = more training --> more skills up = more experience.
Team-work: could be a good thing, but it is not based in what it should: players from your own school or with start in your team having it high automatically, and others (transfers) increasing it with seasons of play. If it would make your team to play better, it would be perfect. But as it semms, it only influence the amount your players "displace" in every match: BAD them too. In real life, team-work means more than a good (in sokker = expensive) trainer to teach you (though it has its weight), but also the feeling of a team which you belong to, the closeness and knowledge of your comrades and how they play, and the pride of being part of YOUR team. I know there are teams in low leagues in many sports in which the team-work is better and seeked with more interest than isn some top-level ones, where many players only "do the job they are payed (most times lots of millions) for".
I dont like these changes. I think they could have done better and more interesting things, like make players to play better, and not making them playing worse (in a very discussable way) only for not having some skills (which are new) high. Sadly, perhaps a step to back :(
