About me
My name is Mihai,and I am from Cluj-Napoca,Romania.I like sport very much,I practice basketball but I am a football fan and I know a lot of thinks about football,rules,tactics,I follow the big coaches,I play management games and I hope that maybe in a day I will become a coach,maybe at a semi-professional team,because I have another plans for life.I will not make you to be borried,so I will go on.
Why I write this message?
From the start I was implicated here,and I tried to help Japan to expand how much I can...now I candidate for Japan elections because I think I am really able to manage well your NT,because I "received"some experience in the last seasons,this season I promoted to Romanian Third Divizion(Liga III.16),maybe the best third league in Romania.I learned a lot of thinks about tactics,you can look at my qualification match,my tactic worked very well,maybe I was lucky but luck is sometimes part of the game and my tactic worked really well,even I didn't change it for that match because I didn't see it necesarily.
Why I candidate?
I think I wouldn't lie if I say that I have good experience in sokker,I play it for aproximately one year and a half.Very good time to learn a lot of things about sokker,a good time to learn how to speak and make all the comunity be satisfied with what I do.I learned from good managers,in one season I was in Romanian staff,not a very important part but I made something for Romanian NT.
My advantages
I am not an angry tipe of people,I like to be calm and discute the things with calm(of course,when the other accept it,if not I am not so calm).I like to cooperate,so if I will become the NT manager I will accept your advices and I will try to make a good staff,with users from Japan and maybe from Romania.
Tactics
With teams older and maybe with better players,I will try to make a more defensive tactic,but with players in every part of the pitch,so the other team could not pass our defense and we would make good things in offensive.With not so good teams,I would make more offensive tactics,but also careful in the defense.A well organised defence,a good and creative middle and an eficcient attack would make Japan a very good team and a difficult challenge for every team.

In few seasons i have reached from the eccelenza to the series Á Italian..... my purpose is to bring more high this national team for in the future became the best team of the world!
