Subject: NT election

You could (should, actually, along with all other NT candidates) at first answer these initial questions: how do you plan to give feedback of NT decisions? On our forum? Do you plan to get help from the Japanese users or you're likely to work on your own?

Of course... I really like it as it is on our forums... before match something about players(not many minutes before match of course) and after the match i´d like to hear other managers opinions...I´d like to have topic for each NT match,but it could be in one topic... as you wih.Help and asistence from Nippon managers is welcomed :) As I writed i´d like to have someone who can talk Japanese as my asistent and teacher :) I tried to learn japanese,but its really hard for me,and i didn´t have so many time for that...

Hi. Well, I think it is not thing of battle or join. Indeed, I was not very sure about postulating myself past elections, but the invasion of "candidates", sk-mail spam and the infinite "vote me, I'm the best and I like rice" calls made me ill.

Well, it's to see yet how this will develop this season. For the first day there are already more candidates for Nippon than for Spain, for instance, and I have received "only" 4 sk-mails asking my vote (please, whoever candidate reads this, do not send me more. I was simply deleting them, now since they are illegal and after reading mr_gibbage advice I will report them too, sorry :S).

I personally am not dissapointed about Leto's work. It has not been a bad season, looking at the novice NT players we had and the rivals Nippon has faced (all superior or with advantages: the match vs Israel... better no comments).

This season Nippon is out the WC, so they will be all friendlies. It can be a good opportunity to practice and test our players thinking in next WC qualifications, playing with teams in more even conditions (a lot are also out of WC, and some with a more similar quality), alternating perhaps with some better squads to apply learnings and see how tactics result (it will also be the season of the tactical discipline "experiments").

Anyway, I would prefer to know the opinions of the rest of Nippon users, at least of those who would want to participate and can have something to say. Though I would see well a Nippon's NT elected by Nippon users agreement, I also do not see so well either postulating oneself or voting the first day. I think it is better to hear (or read) what every serious candidate has to say, and then decide.

I am an Italian trainer with many seasons of experience.
I have in my team a player of the national one Italian, therefore know the values and know as make the national ones play.
With me I have a very expert both Italian and foreign users' staff.
I and my staff will be responsible for looking for the best players to make them play in national.


I believe communication between the NT coach and the users that own NT players is key, updating the NT coach with player improvements, in order to pick the best starting team possible. I am constantly online, so usually i will respond to messages within 12 hours.

If i win the election i would appoint some of you as my asisstants.
I have plans to create a Web, where everyone can post skills of his players

When voting, just keep in mind that there is more than just one user that has what it takes to be your national team coach. If you have any questions (please just about sokker), just message me and ill be happy to respond.

Yesterday we stopped (with mzico) the ivasion of "vote me".
I really don't like that people come here just for vote. I think if someone from other countries want to become NT coach have before all participate to our forum and try to do something for increase japanese community.

So what I want is just that japanese community become bigger to make more funny and interesting this game.

I think me, mizico and you have no so much free time to keep two team (our and NT) but i think we can join and try to involve more as possible japanese community.

I think you know me from the last elections.I promoted with my team in the 4-th division from Romania,with 13 win matches.I was in 5-th round in Romanian Cup,but the one who was the champion at that time beat me with 4-2.
About I want to do at Nippon NT:
1.I want to build a good team. I hope that if you will choose me I will build a team with a very good potential.I know I can do that,of course with your help.
2.I want to make a good staff..alone is difficult to win,but together we will be better.I think I can bring some good users from Romania,and if you want to be part of the staff I will be happy. In the staff will be: scouters,maybe tacticians to consult them and make the right decision.

I know i`m not japanese, but i would liske to know the answers from all of you.

1- In your opinion, what`s the best tactic which could be used in NT?

2- Do you prefer a strong defense, mid ou attack?

3- Do you intend to help the Japan`s growth in Sokker?

4- What do you think about the mandate(sorry, don`t know if is this the most appropiate word) of the former coach?

i'm not a candidate for Japan NT and i ask sorry for my post here,but i disappoint with your argue and i will explain why:

1) This is an election for the leading of NT team, so it's normal that people come here trying to get more votes as possible thinking they will do as well yes, but only on managing national team and all things related with it.

2) I saw your great country still has not many people inscribed on sokker.Well it's not the NT team coach to have to improve your sokker population, but you should be yourselves to do that, why? sokker has to be known in japan forums outside the game itself and it' preatty hard for non japan spamming the typical forums/blogs where people of your country usually is interested.
For exemple u should start from the NT forums of other football manager or sports in general,but even in forum where people shows to like netgaming, maybe sometimes it's enought a link moving to the main page of sokker, saying you tryed it and you had found it fantastic other time you can speak more about the game without being boring, but only with typing the goods of the game.
Once time the japan populations will be bigger than actual the partecipation in game/forum itself will give more fun for you all.

Ok that is your opinion and i respect that. But we give vote so we can decide what is more important to become NT coach.

I think everyboy more or less can manage a NT (tatict, players.. ect..)but i think it's harded to partacipate to our life and join to our problem. Now our problem is increase our japanese community, so if you become Japan NT we ask also to help us for that.

our italian manager is a skilled player, experienced and you, almond eyed people, you don't have to fear the foreigner like a conquerer. Our italian coach's trying to train Japan and in his meanings there are the best goals that Japan never got.

Now our problem is increase our japanese community, so if you become Japan NT we ask also to help us for that.

how do you mean it?I´d like to help new users with their beginning,but its almost all i could do :/ i don´t know many Japanese people :)
