Of course i don't ask you to come in japan and looking for people in the middle of street :-)))

mihaicin and chi for example helped so much new user Kreza23.
I think People who want to help new user and try to explain how play to this game do something to keep and increase japanese community.

This is just my thinking, maybe seem stupid. But i like to think who giude NT like also to partecipate to our discussions and like to talk with us. So for this reason he decide to join in NT election.
That's for me create a japanese comunity also if it's no people of our leagues.
If forum is alive and interesting there are more probability that new users come.

more users will come when someone in Japan find this game, or user from here will tell someone about it, anyway you have right ...

i think mihacin (anyway he is playing in Romania) or chi should be coach of NT, when Nippon get better in future, now we need someone who provide Nippon to right ways, anyway we need 2 or 3 seaons to aproach good level in japanese coaching :) so thats why i guess you Nippon-jin should vote for foreign candidates now, these candidates and others users should help you in hard beginning its obvious, not promote anyone, but if you have in Nippon experienced coach who played in other country before its ok :)

just think and ask all candidates what they can give NT, otherwise you might have blind hustings again :) its very important for future ...

In the Czech Republic we have "mentor system" and I am one of mentor :) we try to help new users,from the moment they join sokker.Everybody could ask us what do they want to know about sokker,do you mean something like this?This isn´t stupid idea... its really working :)

Right that it's near of my idea.
and i think also If everybody partecipate, all together can manage japanese NT. That's beautiful.

Of course there is also problem language to increase new users otherwise all my japanese friends played without problems, but that it's the begining.

for example i'd be happy if Lèto go on to stay with us also if he isn't anymore japanese NT ! that's community!

Well maybe i misunderstood what u said before talking about the growth of japan sokker population i thought u meant the number of players.
The point is different now and i agree with you, a coach who leads a NT coach with his experience is able and must help to grow better the the people incribed with explanations in forums, this is a right thing,but to help to improve the numbers of users it's hard as i said before.

in Romania we have mentor sistem too...is very very useful.. we can make a list here too,and help Nippon users:)

for beginning mentor system ok, but in Poland its hard, becouse we have lot of users, and for example Shadow have lot of mails, its crazy :) but at start the NT coach could be mentor boss, if he will have time of course, anyway i am starting here for coach, becouse my favourite country is Nippon, so i created in SK (long time to finaly put on list, but lastly you can play), people in J are onother then others :D like his culture and almost everything i dont expect any trobules, help with pleasure and rise NT with pleasure so i think ... when in future user from here will be coach its good for Nippon, but someone must provide next generation of users for this :)

you should do it right :) we have lot of mentors and each of us has only few leagues to advicing :) also we direct them to the forums topics,where should advice other managers too,so it isn´t so bad :) (lot of mail i´ve got too,but it isn´t so horrible)
