Hi everyone,
my name is Michele and I'm 21yo

I'm a former Assistant Manager for both Malaysia Senior and U21 Nt and Jamaica U21 Nt;

in last five season I've been:

- Strikers Scout for Malaysia Nt
- Assistant Manager for Malaysia Nt
- Assistant Manager for both Malaysisa Senior and U21 Nt
- Strikers Scout and Assistant Manager for Jamaica U21 Nt
- Strikers Scout and Assistant Manager for Jamaica U21 Nt

I play sokker since the early 2007 and I've been promoted twice

In my division I'm the one who started play sokker lately but even if all others teams started to play at least 1 year before and 'cause of this they have a better team than mine, I still can face them by using better tattics

I change my tattic each weak, using a whole new one or making few adjustments on the strenghts of my opponents

At the very least I'll bring a bit more suitable tactics to this team;)
Maybe the other will to good as well, but if they stem from the same tactical tradition of last years, it'll be horrible to watch. If you want change, vote for Chuck Norris.

I'm the manager of FC DITTERWALD from polish V league. I finished this season 3th.
I've been playing this game for a while and enjoy it a lot.

In friendly matches I would look to give opportunity to some younger players.
My ultimate goal would be to get Japan U21 team to WC and improver our rankings, but also to prepare some young players for senior national team.

People would like to see a change for the coming campaign so VOTE FOR BORMANN

tell us something more about tattics...
playing with young players is important but everyone would do that, tell us what kind of tattics do you prefer and wich one is the best to win for you?



I think that the best tattic to try to win a match is 5-2-1-2 with 5 defs, 2 mid, 1 winger and 2 strikers
of course I hate this kind of tattic as it kills the game, but is still the most usefull


the kind of tattic I use the most is the rhombus midfield; 4 defs, 1 defensive mid, 2 mid and 3 strikers (one of them is between mids and strikers)
I often play with this kind of tattic cause I'm a strikers trainer and I have to play with 3 strikers to train them, plus I love strikers with high playmaking and passing so playing that way there are 3 possible solutions:

1)long pass from defenders or short pass from mids to the low striker (wich can pass the ball to another striker or try a dribbling and go for the goal)
2)long pass from mids to high strikers
3)cross from mids so that there will be 3 strikers in the box

We can't play with 3 strikers (training them) plus a winger:

in this way the ball is sometimes passed to the wing and sometimes passed to the low strikers, it is stupid as it is like always playing with a player less

in this way the ball is always passed to the winger but 3 all-on-a-line strikers are too much as there is only one of them in the centre of the box and the nearest to the winger won't receive a single pass for sure...

plus: playing with 4 offensive players means that there will be no filter in the midfield so maybe only Poland could play like that....


with an Nt I'd rather use 2 strikers plus a winger as it could be easier to stop passes from the opponents mids and then pass the ball to the winger wich could make a cross, and it could be easier even for strikers to shot as when the winger will make the final pass they're gonna be in the centre of the box

of course against top teams it would be smart to have just one striker and maybe one more def
and against weak teams we could play with two wingers instead of one

when I play with two wingers I always switch them during the half-time so I'm sure that my best winger will face the worst sideback of my opponent at least for one half

sometimes I even switch my defs in tattics to have a 2 vs 1 against strikers....It's easier to show you how I do it than to explain it with words :)

sometimes I use this trick even with strikers to have both of them always on the ball

I'm not a bit fan of crossing players, you'll lose it on the distance they sometimes have to run to catch up with a quick offense.

Nippon needs to work real hard on its mid, esp its defmidfield.

I don't make they cross theriselves in each square, just once and near the box...in the middle of our side of the pitch they're useless as a long pass would go through our defs and then it's going to be all about pace, the one is the fastest is the one that will catch the ball...but near the box they'll stop the striker when he's going to receive the pass;
usually they catch the ball before the opponent and it is obvious that they're always going to be in front of the striker :)

of course defensive mids are very important, but it can be used both crossing defs and defmids
