Question, how do you know it's end of the season and the elections are coming?????

Many people are waiting for the new teams.

you are right :)

I have a question to all the candidates of NT election.

Please tell me why I / we should vote you insted of current coach, Wojcian?

Please don't answer, I take your player to NT, it's nonsense.

Also I would ask to some of them: why do you post your spam asking for votes here, filling with uninteresting posts our main forum?

The answer "because I am an ignorant who does not know the election threads go in the NT forum" won't be original at all, but might be sincere at least. In any case, answering or not, you would be showing that maybe you are not qualified to coach a NT (at leas, seriously).

The election is over and all went fine this time.

Thank you for the votes I got.
This is my last season as the coach of U-21.

As I wrote, my goal/dream is 3rd place, which isen't easy to achive.
Uruguay is a good team and beating them is difficult.

Also it's nice to see so many new users in Nippon.
Hope you all stay long time. Nippon really needs new users.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask advice either on
the forum or send mail to me. I help as much as I can.

It's election time again.

Last time in U-21's my goal was 3rd place.
Diden't succeed in that.
To be honest 4th place was more realistic , with the players we had.

We had/have few good players in U-21's, but not enough to match with the "big countries".
That is clear, because the user base in Nippon is so small.
Other thing is, that not all of our U-21 players aren't trained the best possible ways.
Big countries have their own systems to locate the best players to best trainers.
During last season, I tried to get few of our youngsters to effective training, but
the countries from whom I asked where only interested of their native players,
which is understandable.

To the next U21 coach, who ever he/she will be.
Next season we don't play WC games, so if the Asian Cup is held again, please sign in.
It's good experience.

This time I go for the NT- job.
Don't know the opponents yet, so can't predict anything.

Hope the elections will be as fair as they where last time.
No dirty tricks.

Good luck to all the canditates!
