Let's use this topic to comment out games in the Japan Cup.

Incredible games this round. Special congrats to teovic for the great victory against brazuca - very interesting tatical game.

My game was good too. My striker lost a penalty at 2' and the team morale went really down until we suffered a 0 x 1.

But still in the first half we could draw and because of my stamina training second half was easier.

of my tactic i prefer don't talk;-)
I prefer to say that i was really lucky nevertheless two post of my strikers.

The match was really exciting and on the left side bruzuca created to me a lot of problems(really strong player)
My contrattack too create some problem to his defence(but my strikers are really bad form). Really really exciting match.

Anyway, my stamina and my general form is totaly
bad so it's really difficult to win for me.

Bruzuca and all you of J-League are too strong, but i'll try to create to all you some problems ;-)
i need to revenge, because all you didn't vote me for NT :-)))) (of course just kidding!)

"In each round the teams will be allocated into two baskets according to their seeding based on their previous years league position, with the 1st basket containing the "strongest" 50% of teams, and the 2nd containing the "weakest" 50%.

Once this is done, the pairings will then be random - i.e. any team from the 1st basket could play any team from the 2nd basket. The team from 2nd basket will play at home."

Today I have noted the lack of Hironaga (now in the hospital) in the middle (I had not considered how much my center depends on him), and the rest have been not very inspired. An injured is enough for me :p Btw, a good team (and tough) has Kreza23 too, I was surprised by the balance, and nearly face-white when in the 86' my GK Oshima catched what it seemed was going to be his third goal. I think the better Stamina marked the difference in the extra time, but I will take more care onwards :)

I don't know how the pairs will go next round. Last season it was easy, as team sorted by winners by columns played in order, but this season it seems there have been some changes (I read somewhere a mention of "two baskets" of teams, by level). By the old system Hataka Ronin! should play against BANZAI!, but we'll see tomorrow.

Fortunately, as there is a bot in league my second team will play anyway this week (they are becoming a bit bored and fat ^^).


I forgot, there are also statistics in Cup. I think they can be interesting (a good comparative for the human teams. Here they are: ^^

wow! from your statistics, i faced tricoloco ad Trigun United, two of the best teams! but maybe my luck is finished ;-)
I have no so good players but they are really good spirit of team ! :-)

Chi, i though you won easly, instead you won in extratime! Great Pulse! really good team!

anyway now i understood that i make a bad mistake to put one time my second team in cup(first match) because now i'm in the weakest group , so i can face all strong teams.....is it right?

It seems sokker makes new calculations now, as I do not find logics in the new pairs. Perhaps it does consider the statistics of the previous rounds for the next ones. I have seen the visiting winner teams in the pairs remains equal (they are listed in order for the next round), but I do not know what calculations it makes now to re-sort the teams which will be locals.

Anyway, I will face a bot. The only interesting match next round will be teovic vs mzico ^^. Good luck to both ;)
