teovic [del] to All
We go on to lose new user. In my opinion there is none that follow them.
In the election of NT i talked that coach of NT have to think about new user. That also because new user bring also new players for NT.

There was interesting people but they don't connect anymore. People contact them just to have a vote, after that none care about them.

From now i'll try to orginize something, i hope Letò can give me a hand.

We need a list of new user and tell to them how orginize their team.

We are 5 sure users (Brazuca, chi, mzico, Kreza23 and me) we play with passion, so 5 of us have to get 5 new users and follow them till they understand the game.

Leto, you know all user in Nippon so you can create the list of them.
After that you would have to associate new users with his tutor(one of us).
Also people of other country can become nippon's tutor of one user. so who want become give disponibilities here.

What a tutor have to do?
Follow them, create passion, send a mail till them can understand everything of sokker.
For example we maybe lost a good user as Kinyo of Orion F.C. that because there wasn't a person that follow him.

User of HT start to convert in sokker so we have to be ready to create a good knowledge of sokker otherwise we lose that possibility.

if you want me to help new users I am disponible. I can help on sokker mail or in my messanger adress: mcinpoeru@yahoo.com.
I sended a lot of help messages to Nippon users at the start of Nippon in sokker.. older users can confirm that. so,if you want my help, I would be happy to do it.

Great !
Before everything we have to create a list of user with last connection.
After that we have to understand what is the best to do.

Kinyo of . Orion F.C. don't connect from 3 december so i think we lost him.

Andyn of real marioka 11 december was last connection.. really pity because he's in the semifinal of japanese cup.

I sent a mail to elstevie of koshigaya crows fc he seem to like sokker but we have no to lose him.

We have to looking for the other. I also create a team in HT to contact and bring japanese user from there, but before that we have to be ready.

yes, ok that it's good messagge, but we need also to follow them, so this topic is no to teach sokker, this topic is to organize tutor for users!
(if you can delete that messagge that create a little confusion ;-) )

i got a user, so now it's up to you, looking for a user in j3-league that still connect and follow him by mail.

When you found him write here who you follow. So all we know that user is under your responsability.

So when will arrive in the list a new user we have to be ready to give him a tutor that follow him step by step.
2006-12-27 11:55:29
:-) i also sent a messagge to him, that is my user :-)))))))))))))

just kidding , really good job so if you want go on to follow him and i'll try to lokking for another one ;)

johnloch
J3-League.01 we lost him.

there aren't other user.

that 's is the problem. none followed them.

From now when a new user will be in the wainting list we have to be ready to know who follow him.
We'll decide in this topic.

2006-12-28 16:17:27
there is a new user in wainting list, who wants to follow him when get the team?
2006-12-28 16:26:40
I could help :) but maybe he won't like sokker and he will not play.. I think that these players who are end with sokker didn't like sokker... why ? I think , becouse anyone didn't help and say... ;(
2006-12-28 20:07:05
i can't understand so well what you mean..
anyway if you accept to help this new user, he will be under your responsabilty. Try to teach all things you know about sokker, step by step day by day! Also to partecipate to our forum!

ps. if you think it's bad and tough job, tell me that we'll try to found out another one

It is a pity that so many users leave the game. Perhaps they don't like it, or expect something different.

Perhaps it would be good to make some thing like a tutorial, covering most parts of the game, so those new users would find things easier to learn. I have seen there is some webs with info, but no one "inside" Sokker. An special forum, which covered all the aspects of the game (i.e. economics, desglosed in finances, salaries, stadium expansion issues, how to balance, etc), via a set of *closed* threads (so the help of mods or/and admins would be needed) with links amongst them which any user could navigate across.

There are lots, lots of things which the rules cover incompletely, or not at all, and it would be good that all information would be available. Also, I think that would avoid lots of "newbie threads" again and again about the same, and it would give the game a friendlier look.

Perhaps thic could be carried on by teams of voluntary users, to make that "official" extended FAQ or how-to, so they could discuss the definitive redaction so it would be clear, good and complete, for instance in English, and then every community could make translation to their own languages.

Also, it could be a good oportunity to inquiry some questions to the creators, to put on clear many suppositions, guesses and rumours about parts of the game that nobody seem to know exactly or which are subject to discussion (for instance, an issue I discussed recently with my bf : a MID who replaces a DEF plays as MID or as DEF? Does he count as a DEF or MID for training? Does he count towards the maximum number of players per position, so the training could be lost? Perhaps there is a "good" answer already known, but I think it is not available anywhere, other than in the knowledge of the developers or the users they had shared that info with).

A lot of work it would be, but always a mini-guide to start would be better than nothing. Perhaps we could make something like for our new users, and see it it could serve as an starting point to attract them towards the forums. Once a new user had lost the fear to the forum, I think he could be more likely to use it to ask questions that we could answer to help him/her, and so participate more.

Well, it's only an idea. I am going on holydays some days, so probably I can't see the forums until next week, so I will see then if you like it.

Have a Happy New Year ;)
